Welcome to Calgary! My 13th floor condo is perfectly located in East Village. Transit is a 2 min walk away and everything you could need is within a short walk. Telus Convention Centre, BMO Centre, Groceries, Stampede Park/Saddledome, wine/beer/, yoga, shopping, cycle paths, restaurants, Arts Commons, The National Music Centre, Inglewood (Canada's coolest hood) and Ft Calgary. Architectural Digest named our new library as a "top building in the WORLD for 2018" and its right outside my window!
Our place is great for business people or friends/couples wanting a relaxing, quiet sleep but enjoy access to this vibrant city and the beautiful Bow and Elbow Rivers. I am a native Calgarian and have lots of advice to give should you require it. Foodies rejoice, I worked in the food industry for 25 years so can easily help you with food/beverage recommendations! My space is cleaned meticulously with eco friendly products whenever possible so anyone with sensitivities will be very happy here. I also own 3 other condos in the building. 2 on the top floor and 1 on the 5th floor so if your dates are already booked here please click on my profile photo to see my other 5 star listings We have a comfortable laptop friendly workspace and the wifi is the fastest available (Internet 150) PARKING- there is no parking at all in the building but there is plenty of street parking which is free between the hours of 6pm and 9 am and all day on Sunday. The rest of the time it is less than $3/hr.. cheap! You will not have a problem finding a spot right outside the building.
The River Walk and several beautiful parks are just a few minutes to the east and downtown is just to the west- we are perfectly located between the two. The confluence of the Bow River ( world famous fly fishing!) and the Elbow River are about a 7 minute walk away. There are many restaurants and cafes to enjoy that are ALL are within an easy walk. The new Calgary Public Library is on Architectural Digests 2018 most anticipated buildings list and it’s just down the street! You’ll have an amazing view from my condo or the rooftop patio as well! Coming for Stampede- The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth? It's less than a 10 minute walk away. You can watch the beautiful nightly fireworks from the rooftop patio or from the comfort of the gym windows if the weather is cool or rainy
