My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Located in the new East Village. This building is Brand New, and across the street from the Studio Bell Music Centre, 2 blocks from the Saddle dome, and 1 block from the c-train station.
This never lived in suite offers the best walking , biking, and access to both the city core and stampede grounds.
East Village is an award winning master designed community in downtown Calgary. We are just a short walk to the river pathway system, and 1 block from our city hall and free transit ( in the core only). We have recently had a small shopping market added across the street from our New building which also offers free entertainment on Thursday,Friday and Saturday.

My home is close to quite a bit of night life being in the heart of downtown and having a view of Calgary's heart (the Calgary Tower). The balcony is fitted with wood tilling which is lovely to spend some time on and take in the surrounding area at a glance. Carpet keeps your feet warm, the kitchen and bathroom is yours to use, the walls entertain and your sleeping quarters is closed off for your privacy, yet leads into to the main sharing spaces with ease. Everything is set up to be to your convenience with room for improvement by your suggestion.
Calgary is a place with sporadic weather and polite people. It's an adventure every day and nothing stays stagnant here. It'll keep you on your toes, but you're sure to find some reason to enjoy your stay. Downtown is the eclectic core of the city that stretches in directions with ease. With a grid like street and avenue system, it's easy to navigate and difficult to get lost, but fun when you do.

For single traveler with light baggage will suggest to use the bottom bed, if you are bringing more luggages it’s better to sleep on the top and use the bottom space for luggage storage. My condo is situated on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of East Village. Everything you need is within walking distance. Restaurants, pubs, bars, coffee shops, cycling paths, Studio Bell, Saddledome, Stampede Grounds, Arts Common, Fort Calgary, St. Patrick's Island, and only a 2 minute walk to City Hall Train-station.
My home does not accommodate large groups, events or parties. Accommodates 2 adults comfortably and negotiable for extra adults and children.
What I love about the East Village is that we are so central to all the other cool neighbourhoods with interesting restaurants and bars. I especially love Inglewood which is two blocks east on 9th Ave. Inglewood offers the best restaurants, bars, live music, clothing stores, coffee shops and awesome grocery store called Bite. There is a free amazing Art Gallery above Bite Grocerteria in Inglewood that exhibits Canadian artists. The River Walk along the Bow river gives access to bike paths with trails to all corners of the city. There is so much to offer it's hard to describe it all!

Welcome to Calgary! I’m live in downtown Calgary. The traffic is very convenient. In downtown Calgary, c-train is free. It takes about a couple minute to C- train station from my house. And If you come from the Greyhound Bus Terminal, it is also one station. If you come from Calgary Airport, it take 30minute by bus. The famous things in Calgary that you want are all possible on foot. Also, Mcdonald, stabucks, market etc. is located near by home. Even the supermarket is on the first floor.
My apartment is one bedroom. My husband and I stay in the livingroom and you will be staying in the room. We share a bathroom and kitchen.
