Property is in very good location. 5 minutes walk to London Excel. Only 20 minutes away from Central. 15 minutes away from Stratford, where you have famous Westfield shopping mall. 10 minutes away from Canning Town, where you have 24 hours tune service on weekends. London Bridge also only 15 minutes away. Good location, easy access to almost all London eye-catching locations, only 15 minutes away from London City Airport.
It is 3 bed room beautiful house. 1 room available. It’s a single room with double bed in it. Ideal for 1 guest, can also accommodate 1 small kid, as it has double bed in it. Simple, clean and bright room ( as can be seen in pix ). It also has a sharing living room, so you don’t feel locked in your room. All bills included in price. It has shared 3 piece bathroom, shared kitchen, appliances are available, like fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, etc.
It’s residential and peaceful, therefore I love to stay here. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. There is also a park at the back of property.

  • This place is right next to the Excel Centre. So convenient. Sally greeted me on arrival and stayed up late as my flight was delayed. She's a lovely women. She went through the house rules and gave me the keys. The room was clean. However the house had a really strong smell.

  • Für Besucher vom ExCeL ist die Unterkunft wahrlich perfekt. Nur über die Brücke und man ist schon da! Doch auch sonst ist die Unterkunft von Mala und ihrem Mann für London-Besucher sehr empfehlenswert. Das Zimmer ist zwar recht klein, das Bett aber sehr bequem. Und in der Nacht leuchtet der Sternenhimmel über einem. :-) Das Appartement ist gut an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden und gerade vom London City Airport sehr leicht zu erreichen. Die kleine Familie sind großartige Gastgeber, die ihre Gäste liebevoll aufnehmen. Neben Trinkwasser erhält der Gast auch kostenlos Kaffee und Tee, sowie Müsli oder Brot. Mir hat es super gefallen, ich komme gerne wieder!

  • Usman was very helpful and quick to respond to our messages when we needed help. He was genuine and made us feel welcome in his home. He even carried our luggage up the stairs. His place is very close to the DLR which made it easy to get to central London. It took about 30-40 minutes to get to most places.

The host is so friendly that I had great time there. For example, when I wanted to use washing machine,he told me how to use it politely. In addition,there ware two beds, so I and my friend were able to relax. Also, I recommend you to go to the restaurant of fish and chips nere the house. It was very good!

    Cool, Modern Victorian East London A smart ensuite double room available in cool modern spacious Victorian semi near Excel and West Silvertown DLR. 10 minutes to Canary Wharf, 10 minutes to Stratford, 25 minutes to Bond Street. Ideal for London City Airport (2 stops away), Emirates cable car 10 minutes. The room has a private shower room and WC, double bed, fresh linen, towels, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, central heating. A smart, clean, fresh and comfortable base for your stay in London. We have all mod cons: wi-fi internet, sky TV, washing machine, powerful shower, dishwasher etc All Welcome.   • J'ai été fort bien accueillie par Tim qui m'a tout de suite donné le "mode d'emploi" de la maison et m'a mis très à l'aise. Il m'a donné un jeu de clés et m'a expliqué comment me rendre à Excel Center (très direct, environ 8 minutes à pied, accès par passerelle au-dessus de l'eau). Le quartier est très calme et très sécure. La maison est très bien tenue, très propre et calme ; le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix est copieux et varié (différentes variétés de fruits, pain, beurre, thé, porridge, confitures...). La chambre est très propre, avec salle d'eau privative récente avec douche, lavabo, et toilettes. Le "bonus" : un matelas à "mémoire de forme" extrêmement confortable. Maison extrêmement bien chauffée. Que du bonheur !

  • I was going to an Anthony Robbins event in London Excel, and Tim and Michelle opened their home to me and my friend. They were both amazing, easy to be around, Michelle showed us around, and is was so easy just to feel like home and be yourself. The room was perfect, and the location is a 5 minute walk to the Excel. I can only give them both my very best recommandations, you will have the best time there. They are both fun, interesting and interested, and so lovely people!

I couldn't have hoped for a warmer, more inviting couple to stay with and was sad to leave them once the testing was done! The area was interesting and accessible by the DLR, and I spent two of my three afternoons simply exploring. All in all, it was a fantastic way to begin my experience with Airbnb!   • I stayed with Tim and Michelle while attending an event at Excel and it could not be more convenient at less than 10 mins walk from there and less than 5 mins from the DLR and just a couple of stops from London City Airport. The room is homely, cosy, clean and with a modern ensuite shower room. Tim and Michelle could not be more welcoming and it was lovely to have a cup of tea and chat with them in the evenings. Definitely would recommend over the soulless, overpriced hotels that surround Excel.

    Private room in private development. Short walk to Excel Exhibition Center, Emirates Cable Car. Train to Canary Wharf and Central London.
    Small double room in a nice private Britannia Village development. Flat is located on the second floor (no lift). It is a 2 bedroom place with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. In your room you have a queen bed, wardrobe and a desk if you need to work.
    It is a peaceful neighborhood near the river Thames in east London. You're a couple of minutes from the Emirates Air Line, which is a cable car over the river.It will take you to the O2 in 15 minutes. Trinity Buoy Wharf is a dining and arts facility on the peninsula. You can get there in less than 20 minutes on the DLR. Within 10 min walk is London Royal Docks Open Water Swimming. It's not free, but at least you can take a dip in the water on a hot summer day. You'll also find a few wonderful cocktail lounges, coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

  • I enjoyed my stay here a lot. The location is great if you happen to be in town because of an event at ExCeL, and there's a light rail station close by for easy access to the tube system. Semi is a great host, friendly and welcoming while still giving you space if you need it. The apartment is very clean, cosy, and well appointed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

    The house is located in the historic Royal Docks area, with 5 min walk to Excel Exhibition Centre and 2 min walk to DLR station, which has easy connection to the London underground network, City Airport, and central London. The house itself has a spacious living room, separate kitchen and dinning area. We have a small double bedroom which can accommodate 1- 2 people. The surrounding area provides all the necessary facilities for living, including supermarkets, restaurants etc.
    Transportation: DLR Station "West Silvertown" (2 min walking distance), it has convenient transport connection to Central London. There are also buses connecting to Canning Town area. Please note that that are two floors and staircase in this property. There is one free parking space in front of the property. Please let the host know if parking is required.

  • great place very close to Excel, you get there by crossing the bridge. the house is big and the beds are comfortable. we didn't spend much time in there since it was a business trip, which is why the proximity to the Excel and the value for money were appreciated. the only unexpected thing was the lack of supermarkets or restaurants in the neighbourhood.   • It was a good stay at Ellie's house. The house is just as what she describe and as photo shown. It was a comfortable stay for 5 of us but 1 toilet is the only hassle for us. The location is so strategic for those who came to exhibit at Excel Exhibition. It is windy as well as it's next to the river. I would like to thank Ellie's for her quick response and flexibility where she allows us to check out late due to my late flight schedule. Appreciate and glad to stay at Ellie's house. One of the best Airbnb property I ever stayed so far.

  • The location was great for ExCel and check in was efficient, how ever be aware this is a share house with other people, not just the 2 professional women as advertised . There is no en suite it is a share bathroom and no security for personal belongings, i.e you cannot lock the bedroom door. It is close to City Airport so in summer when hot very load as you need to keep the window open . I stayed 2 hours whilst i found more suitable accommodation then left for my 4 day stay so really wasted my money on this one .

The room was correct, the bed was confortable and the shared bathroom was just outside the room. Julia was not there at check in but I called her and she sent a friend with the keys Who was kind and arrived in 5 minutes. Julia sent me precise and complete information via (Hidden by Airbnb) and made sure everything was ok. I will stay here next time I'm at Excel. The only thing that I did not like is that you cannot lock your door, and since you are sleeping in a house where the host is not there and there is another room with other guests this is not top. But everything was good and the house was calm and comfortable. I recommend It.

    The flats is in one of the most desirable locations of London. It is next to the river with amazing views, local stations 1 min walk away. In short you will fall in love with the neighbourhood. Inside of the flat is modern, cool, clean and friendly.

  • Bien que n'ayant pas donné de nouvelles à mes différents appels avant 15h sur le rendez-vous afin de récupérer les clés de l'appartement, Waqqas reste une personne sympathique. Le vrai problème concerne la prestation. Le logement en question s'est avéré être sa propre chambre, qui n'avait été ni nettoyée ni vidée de ses affaires. De plus, Waqqas ne possédant pas de double du badge pour la porte d'enrée, j'ai été obligé de sonné chez les voisins expliquant mon problème afin de pouvoir accéder à l'appartement.   • I stayed at Andrew's place for 8 nights. The apartment is a huge 2 bed 2 bath apartment, brand new and with all amenities. Pontoon Dock DLR (train) station is a < 5 minute walk which is 2 stops (10 minutes) away from Canning Town station on the Jubilee Line (Underground) and there is a Sainsbury's (supermarket) and Starbucks just outside the building. The rooms are much larger than average London rooms. Andrew stays in the ensuite room and the other room and the bathroom is for the exclusive use of the guest. Starting with prompt responses to all my queries, to the smooth check in (thanks Sally :)), my experience could not have been better. The apartment is sparkling clean and Andrew is a great host. This place is highly recommended for short/ long stays, especially for professionals working in Canary Wharf, London Bridge or anywhere on the Jubilee Line. Cheers!

    A private spacious double room in a well kept and very friendly household. The room is suitable for those expending the day out, staying indoors all day long cannot be accommodated. The property is a 5-8 minutes bus ride & about 15min walk to Excel, 20 min walk to Canning Town Station, about 20 min journey to the O2 Arena, Stratford Int & Westfield, Canary Wharf, Bank, and 25 - 30 min journey to central London.
    Spacious double room with a double bed, bedside table, a desk and two closets. A shared medium size bathroom with a large shower, sink, and toilet. This is a polite notice; during their stay, guests are expected to leave the property by 9:00am and return after 5 pm. I cannot accommodate guests whose plans do not fit the previously mentioned timetable. To avoid disappointment, please read prior inquiring what this listing offers.
    There are a number of shops and restaurants nearby. The area is very quiet and safe.

  • This is advertised as being 5 min from Excel but according to (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps and my experience it is 24 min walking, 20 min by public transportation or 9 min by taxi. This make a huge difference especially during the rainy and windy days of London winter. After 3 nights of bad sleep there I ended up with back pain and tired. The mattress is very soft (look old and used a lot) and the house has very bad acoustic insulation. There are several people sleeping in the room next door and you will hear everything including the one that is snoring all night long... You do not get access to the kitchen to make a tea or cafe and the closest place to have a breakfast is a McDonald's about (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) min walking. Again not very comfortable when it rains and there are about 7 degrees Celsius outside. The host was very unfriendly. I attended a conference at Excel that started at 10 am, a few minutes after 9 am she sent me a message thought Airbnb asking me when I leave the room and a few minutes later she knock at my door telling me that I have to go out and I should have read her description that guests have to leave the room from 9 am to 5 pm... She also asked me if I came back when I went out to have breakfast at 7 am and looked like she was checking on me every time I went in and out. I stayed at over 30 Airbnb places in various countries and never felt so uncomfortable...

Not super close, but I enjoyed the walk every morning. Bus is also available so it's convenient! Her place was cozy and I slept really good on the futon bed! This is a warehouse beautifully converted to apartments that is a stone's throw from Excel. The space is a clean and modern flat that is ideally hidden in a docks This luxury apartment is done up to the highest standards and has all the modern conveniences including fully equipped kitchen, wattle kettle, microwave, TV, Iron, hairdryer, and all cooking utensils.
    The neighbourhood boasts several 3-4 star hotels in the area (Crown Plaza, Ibis) and is perfectly located beside the dock where you will benefit from the stunning dock that is bustling with live and character when the weather is good. It also have Tesco and Nisa supermarkets right in front of the development. There is also Japanese, Chinese, Caribbean, Mediterranean restaurant and also the Docklands bar and grill in Crown Plaza hotel if you are ever in need of food. This is a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. London City Airport is close by, so expect to get occasional noise from the Aeroplanes. But this is not much of a problem as the Airport is not a very busy one and flights are only in the day time. There are loads of restaurants and Hotels next to the Excel Exhibition centre where you can unwind whenever you are in the neighbourhood or you can hop on the Cable Car just across the river to the O2 state-of-the-art Event Centre.

Excel train station is also less than 100m from the property which makes it perfect to commute to the city in few minutes and any part of london. The access to public transportation is pretty good though. There are a few restaurants and bars right by the flat, but they aren't particularly good.   • My husband Dmitri stayed in the apartment. He experienced a nice room with good location to ExCel. The bathroom was clean and the bed was nice. Unfortunately he never met Ana. His host was a men who also lived in this apartment. The minor things which could be better: - he never got his own key to the apartment and has to rely that the guy was actually there when he was coming and going. - a kind of deposit - 25 GB punds - which the guy requested (Dmitri understood that it was for the key?) - he get neither key nor the deposit back -- what was this about charged for? - he made the photo of his passport on arrival - I did not remind this was mentioned in the announce - It get promptly like not feeling "at home". - tee kitchen was ok, but coffee provided was not very good. Would be nice if the access to normal kitchen was included in the room services. -the windows were old and difficult to open and close. -the door handle was half-broken. Anyway, thanks for the stay.

  • Great little flat, very clean and modern and quiet in the back bedroom. We used this for a conference at the Excel and it was perfect, just 10mins walk down the road. Free on road parking around the corner from the flat which saved us a small fortune. Chelsea made checking in very simple. Would recommend this hosting.

    My one bedroom one bathroom apartment in the London Docklands next to the River Thames and the beautiful Thames Barrier Park. You can walk to City airport and Canary Wharf is s short dlr ride away. The apartment is on the groundfloor and is wheel chair accesible. Please note I have a house cat who lives in the apartment. She prefers to stay at home so if that suits you I will pop by each day to feed her. If that doesn’t suit you please let me know and I’ll take her with me :) The flat includes all mod cons, including high speed fibre optic broadband (Wifi), table and chairs, modern kitchen and bathroom. There are lovely communal gardens and the park is less than 30 seconds walk away. There is a DLR station outside with trains to Stratford (15mins), Excel Centre (10 min walk) and O2 Arena and Canary Wharf are 10mins). 20 Mins to Central London. The apartment is perfect if you are visiting or working at the excel conference centre, attending an event at the O2 arena or flying to or from city airport. All bedding, towels etc are provided. Brand new fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, fan assisted oven, fridge freezer, electric hob, electrical fan extractor and other appliances. Local amenities 10 mins walk away from the flat is Royal Docks where you will find a number of bar and restaurants, a wake boarding centre and a small Tesco. At nearby Canary Wharf there are even more restaurants and great shopping centre. The Olympic Park in Stratford is close by and really worth a visit.
    Its a beautiful riverside area with lovely walks and running routes.

    The flat comes with two double bedrooms, with each room having comfy double bed, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe with big mirror, big windows with lots of light, laminated floor. Room and bathroom were very clean. 4. Feel free to make food in the kitchen. It was very good. 4-1. If you have some food, You can use refrigerator. 4-2. You can also use washing machine. 5. He kindly greet guest. So I was very happy. If I have a chance to visit U.K again, I will go to his house again. I think you have the best chance for staying this house.

Tower Gateway 역에서 내려 서너 정거장 거리에 영국박물관, 버킹엄 궁전이 있습니다. 숙소에서 473번 버스를 타면 스트랏포드 역에 19분 정도에 갈 수 있습니다. 이 역 뒤에 어마한 규모의 쇼핑센터 Westfield가 있습니다. 2~3분 거리에 가게와 식당이 여럿 있습니다. 가게는 식료품 (빵, 소고기, 야채, 과일 등) 생필품이 있었습니다. 이 가게에서 교통카드 오이스터를 5파운즈에 사고 매일 8파운즈 충전해가며 버스 기차 마음껏 타고 다녔습니다. 물가가 싼 지역이라 부담없이 이용하였습니다. 아침마다 장을 봐서 아침과 점심 도시락을 준비했습니다. 제럴 Gerald 는 침대, 방, 화장실 등 모든 부분을 깨끗하게 관리하고 있었습니다. 손님이 편란하게 지낼 수 있도록 많은 배려를 해 주었습니다. 질문마다 아주 성의껏 대답을 해 주었습니다. 떠나 오기 전날 밤 10시에 세탁기 쓰는 법을 부탁했더니 직접 세탁기를 작동시켜 주며 새벽까지 지켜 봐 주었습니다. 런던 중심부에서 일이십분 거리에 있는 좋은 숙소로 다음에 런던에 오면 또 머물 계획입니다.

However, the neighbourhood is not very lively, nothing much to do, a few shops and for restaurants only a fish and chips place and an Indian take-away (very good, I went there every day!). The flat is OK, basic kitchen equipment (I didn't cook there, but there seemed to be enough stuff), the bed is good.   • Stan's apartment with private bedroom is a perfect place for couple or two singles. The idea with zipped bed is incredible. Very close to DLR station and local grocery. Close to LCY.
