    Property is in very good location. 5 minutes walk to London Excel. Only 20 minutes away from Central. 15 minutes away from Stratford, where you have famous Westfield shopping mall. 10 minutes away from Canning Town, where you have 24 hours tune service on weekends. London Bridge also only 15 minutes away. Good location, easy access to almost all London eye-catching locations, only 15 minutes away from London City Airport.
    It is 3 bed room beautiful house. 1 room available. It’s a single room with double bed in it. Ideal for 1 guest, can also accommodate 1 small kid, as it has double bed in it. Simple, clean and bright room ( as can be seen in pix ). It also has a sharing living room, so you don’t feel locked in your room. All bills included in price. It has shared 3 piece bathroom, shared kitchen, appliances are available, like fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, etc.
    It’s residential and peaceful, therefore I love to stay here. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. There is also a park at the back of property.

    Short let double room newly refurbished. The room is very clean, cosy and with garden view. It is located in a family house near Excel Exhibition Centre/ Custom House and Prince Regent station (DLR). Fully furnished with double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers.
    Peaceful and lovely house the room is located first floor, 3 bedroom house, recently renovated, no smoking, no pet. I am living with my family. The house has access to the lovely garden, kitchen.

  • I was at Shoma Airbnb to attend an event at ExCel London and it was an amazing experience. Shoma and her husband are lovely people, polite, kind, always available and concerned with the well being of the guests. The transport close to home is very easy, the house is really only 10 minutes walk from ExCel London and you have access to a CLR station there. Also right next to the house you have two bus lines that leave you in a few minutes at a station where you can take trains and subway. I have been in winter and the house is well heated, a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The room is large, heated, super clean,  bed is comfortable, the room had wardrobe and drawers, which makes it really comfortable. The house and the neighborhood are quiet, the kitchen is clean and well equipped. It was a great pleasure to stay at this Airbnb and I recommend that you enjoy the same experience. I hope to return soon.

  • I stayed here for a week during my firefighter training at Plaistow station which was ideal as this was only a 5-10 minute walk away. Newham leisure centre was also very close so location wise was perfect to me. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Invited me to share any concerns I had with them however I had no complaints during my stay. Would recommend to others after my stay

    Comfortable double room in a pleasant large shared house, just 5-7 minutes walk to the ExCel Centre. Conveniently close to the 2012 Olympics London Aquatics Centre, and also the Westfield Shopping Centre in Stratford. Central London is just a half hour tube ride away. Parking spaces are available nearby but notify me in advance if you need one. London City Airport is 1 ½ miles away or ten minute bus or cab ride.
    The house is a guaranteed quiet space and shared by two awesome housemates Bedding is Goose down duvet cover and pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets.
    Excel Center is just 5-7 minutes walk away, it is also very accessible to the Olympic pool and Westfield Shopping Centre in Stratford . Central London is just about a half hour tube ride away.

  • Für Besucher vom ExCeL ist die Unterkunft wahrlich perfekt. Nur über die Brücke und man ist schon da! Doch auch sonst ist die Unterkunft von Mala und ihrem Mann für London-Besucher sehr empfehlenswert. Das Zimmer ist zwar recht klein, das Bett aber sehr bequem. Und in der Nacht leuchtet der Sternenhimmel über einem. :-) Das Appartement ist gut an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden und gerade vom London City Airport sehr leicht zu erreichen. Die kleine Familie sind großartige Gastgeber, die ihre Gäste liebevoll aufnehmen. Neben Trinkwasser erhält der Gast auch kostenlos Kaffee und Tee, sowie Müsli oder Brot. Mir hat es super gefallen, ich komme gerne wieder!

    Private room in private development. Short walk to Excel Exhibition Center, Emirates Cable Car. Train to Canary Wharf and Central London.
    Small double room in a nice private Britannia Village development. Flat is located on the second floor (no lift). It is a 2 bedroom place with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. In your room you have a queen bed, wardrobe and a desk if you need to work.
    It is a peaceful neighborhood near the river Thames in east London. You're a couple of minutes from the Emirates Air Line, which is a cable car over the river.It will take you to the O2 in 15 minutes. Trinity Buoy Wharf is a dining and arts facility on the peninsula. You can get there in less than 20 minutes on the DLR. Within 10 min walk is London Royal Docks Open Water Swimming. It's not free, but at least you can take a dip in the water on a hot summer day. You'll also find a few wonderful cocktail lounges, coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

It is in a nice residential family area with easy access to a main road with frequent bus service, and just a short 15 minute walk from the DLR. We were in town for an event at the ExCel, and did not find it difficult to walk to and from her home each day for our event. We booked both the bedrooms she has available and were very happy we chose her. I would not hesitate to stay with her again.

  • Bien que n'ayant pas donné de nouvelles à mes différents appels avant 15h sur le rendez-vous afin de récupérer les clés de l'appartement, Waqqas reste une personne sympathique. Le vrai problème concerne la prestation. Le logement en question s'est avéré être sa propre chambre, qui n'avait été ni nettoyée ni vidée de ses affaires. De plus, Waqqas ne possédant pas de double du badge pour la porte d'enrée, j'ai été obligé de sonné chez les voisins expliquant mon problème afin de pouvoir accéder à l'appartement. Il est très surprenant d'arriver dans un tel environnement pour une location de ce type. Je ne recommande pas...

This is a warehouse beautifully converted to apartments that is a stone's throw from Excel. The space is a clean and modern flat that is ideally hidden in a docks This luxury apartment is done up to the highest standards and has all the modern conveniences including fully equipped kitchen, wattle kettle, microwave, TV, Iron, hairdryer, and all cooking utensils.
    The neighbourhood boasts several 3-4 star hotels in the area (Crown Plaza, Ibis) and is perfectly located beside the dock where you will benefit from the stunning dock that is bustling with live and character when the weather is good. It also have Tesco and Nisa supermarkets right in front of the development. There is also Japanese, Chinese, Caribbean, Mediterranean restaurant and also the Docklands bar and grill in Crown Plaza hotel if you are ever in need of food. This is a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. London City Airport is close by, so expect to get occasional noise from the Aeroplanes. But this is not much of a problem as the Airport is not a very busy one and flights are only in the day time. There are loads of restaurants and Hotels next to the Excel Exhibition centre where you can unwind whenever you are in the neighbourhood or you can hop on the Cable Car just across the river to the O2 state-of-the-art Event Centre.

  • The apartment was immaculately clean, new and fresh with all amenities inside. It is the PERFECT spot for all ages as there are shops and bars few meters from the apartment. Excel train station is also less than 100m from the property which makes it perfect to commute to the city in few minutes and any part of london. Oliver is a complete gentleman and perfect host that you can have good conversations with. He lives very close so its easy to reach for anything. Overall 5* and I will always book when in london.

  • Nice place, very clean, and check-in was very easy. The location is perfect if you are going to a conference at ExCeL. If you are going for vacation I would stay closer to central London. The access to public transportation is pretty good though. There are a few restaurants and bars right by the flat, but they aren't particularly good. OK if you just need a quick bite to eat, nothing special.

  • Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis bien dans la maison de Tim et Michelle, comme à la maison. Ils étaient très accueillants. Le petit-déjeuner continental était parfait. Il y avait même des céréales bio sans gluten et des bananes. Merci d'y avoir pensé ! La chambre est très calme, vraiment très jolie, la salle d'eau est très fonctionnelle et belle. Le city airport s'arrête vers 22h30 et les premiers avions décollent vers 7h, dans la maison on n'entend pas tellement de bruit. Le quartier est très calme. La maison est située à 250 m des docks. Pour aller à Excel il faut emprunter une passerelle qui est située très en hauteur, pour y monter il faut monter un escalier équivalent à 4 étages car les ascenseurs étaient en panne. Pour faire les courses, nous allions du côté d'ExCel au supermarché Tesco à 5-10 min à pied d'ExCel. Nous étions à l'événement d'UPW, il s'agit de traverser tout le centre ExCel car la salle se trouve à l'opposé. Donc il nous fallait environ 20 min pour y être. Quelqu'un qui marche vite peut le faire en 15 min je pense.

    The house is located in the historic Royal Docks area, with 5 min walk to Excel Exhibition Centre and 2 min walk to DLR station, which has easy connection to the London underground network, City Airport, and central London. The house itself has a spacious living room, separate kitchen and dinning area. We have a small double bedroom which can accommodate 1- 2 people. The surrounding area provides all the necessary facilities for living, including supermarkets, restaurants etc.
    Transportation: DLR Station "West Silvertown" (2 min walking distance), it has convenient transport connection to Central London. There are also buses connecting to Canning Town area. Please note that that are two floors and staircase in this property. There is one free parking space in front of the property. Please let the host know if parking is required.

Joanna is the most hospitable and welcoming host and assisted me in demonstrating the quickest routes for my planned meetings.     Enjoy this large double bedroom with a work space and private bathroom located on the top floor in a shared house. The house is 5-7 mins walk to the ExCel Centre, close to the 2012 Olympics London Aquatics Centre and also the Westfield Shopping Centre in Stratford. Central London is a half hour tube ride. Parking spaces are available nearby but notify me in advance if you need one. London City Airport is 1 ½ miles away – a ten minute bus or cab ride.
    My room is on the top floor and has an office space. Private bathroom and is in a guaranteed quiet house.
    Just 5-7 minutes walk to Excel Center and very near the Olympic pool. Westfield Shopping Centre in Stratford is close by. Central London is just about a half hour tube ride away.

    The flat is a very spacious New York style loft located a stone’s throw from the Excel Convention Centre and 15 min to O2! It has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The guest(s) would have one room, one bathroom, and access to our large lounge, and kitchen area. It is a 2 min walk to Custom House DLR station with easy access into London's city centre. Finally the flat is located beside the waterfront, in an area that is surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores.
    The flat is a beautiful converted warehouse with a lot of space (very rare for London!). It’s exposed wooden beams and brick give the flat a comfortable rustic feel.
  • Well what can I say; the overall experience from the moment I booked Felicia's place, to check-out, was truly amazing. Prompt responses to any of my questions and although the pictures give you a great perception of the space and layout you shall find, the reality will blow you away. Check-in instructions were clear, precise and most importantly, easy to follow. Collected the keys from a nearby restaurant who were expecting me. Welcomed by a spacious bedroom, a bathroom with exclusive access and use of the lounge/kitchen area which comes complete with a pool table! The kitchen is very well-equipped. Fresh bedding, a hand towel and bath towel both provided. Was left a toothbrush and toothpaste. Shampoo and body wash left in the bathroom. All really nice touches. Thank you. Conveniently located if attending expos at the ExCel; literally a 2 minute stroll. Close to the O2 Arena. Great location to explore the Docklands area of London. An abundance of restaurants in the vicinity including Italian, Indian, Chinese, Lebanese to name but a few. You'll find 2 supermarkets within close proximity, a Nisa Local and a Tesco Express. Very easy to find with great transport links from all stations. Close to both City and Heathrow airports. Felicia as a host was exceptional. Never a bother, always helpful when required. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. You will not be disappointed I'll finish this off by saying how grateful I am to Felicia. Thank you so much. The closest station is Pontoon Dock DLR which will get you into City Airport in a heartbeat. EXCEL centre is very close (less than 15 minutes walk).   • My husband Dmitri stayed in the apartment. He experienced a nice room with good location to ExCel. The bathroom was clean and the bed was nice. Unfortunately he never met Ana. His host was a men who also lived in this apartment. The minor things which could be better: - he never got his own key to the apartment and has to rely that the guy was actually there when he was coming and going. - a kind of deposit - 25 GB punds - which the guy requested (Dmitri understood that it was for the key?) - he get neither key nor the deposit back -- what was this about charged for? - he made the photo of his passport on arrival - I did not remind this was mentioned in the announce - It get promptly like not feeling "at home". - tee kitchen was ok, but coffee provided was not very good. Would be nice if the access to normal kitchen was included in the room services. -the windows were old and difficult to open and close. -the door handle was half-broken. Anyway, thanks for the stay.

    The property has been recently redecorated. It has direct access of natural light and air from all the rooms except bathroom. The Flat really looks very bright in cool white lights. There are heater in all the rooms. The Kitchen flooring is wooden, Bathroom is tiled, Bedroom, Living Room and Stairs are carpeted. All the windows has grills for extra safety.
    The neighborhood is very quite, peaceful and friendly. Mostly young small families, mix population.

  • I went to London for attending Call to the Bar ceremony in Honorable society of Lincolns Inn and decided to stay in this house. The house owned by Varenda and her husband. I was really pleased for their behavior and service. The house was clean and tidy as well as very comfortable. I stayed 18 days and have passed a very good time with my family. During my trip I became Barrister and got an experience a very good accommodation in London. For that I strongly advice to others for selecting this house without any hesitation.

  • Vandana and her Husband really care. The appartment was not available due to an emergency and whre others would have just cancelled it they took the time and effort to make sure we have a place to stay in London, even taking into account the new appartment is easy accessable from our planned destination. The new Appartment had a great view and was near the DLR station for easy access to the city. They helped me and my friend with everything we needed and i will totally book there appartment again for my, hopefully soon, next trip to london. I recommend them to everybody who wants a smooth and untroublesome weekend in London. Thx again for all help.

  • If exhibiting or working at Excel, then this is a great spot to stay, the place is clean and it’s a very short walk to the excel with easy access to public transport if you want to go into town. Good WiFi, parking and and some nice extras for breakfast were appreciate. I would suggest heading over the bridge for food as there are some good options by the excel, the immediate surroundings are bit rough and the food options limited but a short walk over the bridge and there are some nice restaurants and bars. If female and on your own you might feel a bit intimidated walking back late at night, so I would suggest getting a taxi, although the street itself was very quiet and I slept well. All in all really good value for money and suited my needs perfectly.

    Cool, Modern Victorian East London A smart ensuite double room available in cool modern spacious Victorian semi near Excel and West Silvertown DLR. 10 minutes to Canary Wharf, 10 minutes to Stratford, 25 minutes to Bond Street. Ideal for London City Airport (2 stops away), Emirates cable car 10 minutes. The room has a private shower room and WC, double bed, fresh linen, towels, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, central heating. A smart, clean, fresh and comfortable base for your stay in London. We have all mod cons: wi-fi internet, sky TV, washing machine, powerful shower, dishwasher etc All Welcome.   • J'ai été fort bien accueillie par Tim qui m'a tout de suite donné le "mode d'emploi" de la maison et m'a mis très à l'aise. Il m'a donné un jeu de clés et m'a expliqué comment me rendre à Excel Center (très direct, environ 8 minutes à pied, accès par passerelle au-dessus de l'eau). Le quartier est très calme et très sécure. La maison est très bien tenue, très propre et calme ; le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix est copieux et varié (différentes variétés de fruits, pain, beurre, thé, porridge, confitures...). La chambre est très propre, avec salle d'eau privative récente avec douche, lavabo, et toilettes. Le "bonus" : un matelas à "mémoire de forme" extrêmement confortable. Maison extrêmement bien chauffée. Que du bonheur !

  • I was going to an Anthony Robbins event in London Excel, and Tim and Michelle opened their home to me and my friend. They were both amazing, easy to be around, Michelle showed us around, and is was so easy just to feel like home and be yourself. The room was perfect, and the location is a 5 minute walk to the Excel. I can only give them both my very best recommandations, you will have the best time there. They are both fun, interesting and interested, and so lovely people!

I couldn't have hoped for a warmer, more inviting couple to stay with and was sad to leave them once the testing was done!   • I stayed with Tim and Michelle while attending an event at Excel and it could not be more convenient at less than 10 mins walk from there and less than 5 mins from the DLR and just a couple of stops from London City Airport. The room is homely, cosy, clean and with a modern ensuite shower room. Tim and Michelle could not be more welcoming and it was lovely to have a cup of tea and chat with them in the evenings. Definitely would recommend over the soulless, overpriced hotels that surround Excel.

We can provide permits for £8 per vehicle per day. i.e. if 2 days and 1 car = £16 Smoking policy: There is a no smoking policy in all areas of the apartment. Check in Time: Flexible *After 2PM, just let us know when you can arrive. Check out Time: MIDDAY (guests may not stay later but may leave their bags luggage downstairs for a later pick up.) Or can request to stay later for a surcharge. Damage: Guests are to be responsible and in case of loss, damage or broken items and in case of accident such as broken items we need to be made aware as soon as possible. Guests are required to keep the apartment, furniture and fittings in the same condition as on arrival.   • The flat was very nice and cute, it was situated in a very good transport link, 8 minutes from Prince regent station. Very close to shops and food places. Very clean and tidy. However there is no service in the house and the WiFi is quite poor so be aware of that. If you want a social media break, then this is a great place for you.
