***LOCALS MAY NOT BOOK WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM THE HOST***  If you’re a small group, couple, or solo adventurer who’s looking to take in the absolute best Louisville has to offer then look no further; just the right blend of historic character and modern flair that makes Crescent Hill one of Louisville’s most sought after neighborhoods. Not one detail was overlooked nor was a single penny pinched. This is THE premier couple’s home in Louisville! On street parking, however it is a quiet dead end street with plenty of space available. No permit required! The front door has a digital keypad that allows easy access day or night, allowing you to check in at your convenience. * Crescent Hill is a local favorite for Louisville residents due to its incredible cuisine and boutique shopping. Locations don’t get much more walkable than this; it’d be easy to spend a week on Frankfort Avenue and never need to venture out beyond it! However, part of the appeal is the proximity to everything the city has the offer, all of which is within minutes via car. Of all of our properties this one is really the most walkable, you can get out on foot and make it to just about anywhere you’d like to be in a matter of minutes! If you’d like to drive or Uber, both are extremely accessible, you won’t have a single issue!

Butchertown is an historic neighborhood full of new, old and upcoming establishments. We are the future home to the Louisville Bontanical Gardens and a brand new stadium to house our local Louisville City FC. For beer, music, or food you need to go no further than to the end of the block to Sergio's World of Beers or The Butchertown Social. For the best deal on a breakfast burrito, head to North End Cafe. Or if you're craving a killer meatloaf sandwich, venture up the hill to The Hilltop Tavern. If you are looking for unique gifts or souveniers, the Butchertown Market on Story Ave house "Work the Metal" which will certainly have something for everyone. For a relaxing walk, take the Butchertown Greenway straight to the river where you can walk or bike it's edge for more than 20 miles.

Our house is located in the heart of Clifton. You’ll be walking distance from bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. This is a walkout basement space with one bedroom, full bath, and common space with sofa bed, dining area, and European style kitchen complete with coffee maker, microwave, fridge, two-burner countertop stove, pots/pans, cooking utensils, toaster, and more. There is a private entrance with keyless access, dedicated off-street parking, and comfortable patio space.
As of August 2018 the space is fully renovated. The only quirk is the low, 6ft clearance at the 42” wide entry door. Friends call it the hobbit door. If you’re a super tall person be careful entering the space and potentially when showering, 6’3” clearance to the rain shower head. Normal ceiling height in the space is 9’.
We live in one of the best neighborhoods in town. We are a block or two away from anything you could need. Restaurants, coffee shops, drugstores and groceries, bars, ice cream, boutiques and record shops; you name it, it’s within walking distance. We are a 5-10 minute drive from downtown and about 15 from Churchill Downs. If you need recommendations, I work in the hospitality industry and have been to most of the distilleries, breweries, restaurants, museums, etc. in the area.

The first homes in this enclave were built in the 1820s. Historic and modern elements are captured in this comfortable and finely-restored 100-year-old residence. This private suite features original wooden floors, and is decorated with local artwork, as well as one queen sized bed, with memory foam mattress. Mini fridges and microwaves occupy every unit, though freezers and access to ice are unavailable. Laundry facilities are on-site for guest use. Parking on-site, and street parking on both sides throughout the week. The first floor street front has a commercial office space, so the street is very quiet after hours.
