This apartment is located downtown and is within walking distance of coffee shops, dining, bars, nightlife, convenience stores, a laundromat, etc. There is also a bicycle rental station located just down the block. Catch a show at Albuquerque’s historic El Rey Theater, only two blocks to the east! Old Town is just a short drive away! There is quick freeway access to easily get around the city. On Saturdays (May-November) the park across the street comes to life. The Downtown Grower's Market is a local gem filled with fresh fruits/vegetables, tasty treats, and local artisan crafts. Just as with the downtown area of most major cities, Albuquerque's Downtown has a large population of eccentric, transient, and homeless people. This is something for you to be aware of but not alarmed by. I live in this neighborhood and feel comfortable walking alone or with my young children, though I do pay careful attention to my surroundings just as I would anywhere.

This cozy studio is nested in the heart of downtown Albuquerque! You'll enjoy a private backyard and easy access to Albuquerque's bars, restaurants and many coffee shops, in both downtown and Old Town. The apartment itself is equipped with a full bath, washer/dryer, queen bed and fold out floor mattress for a third person, wifi, and a kitchenette including a minifridge, microwave, french press, and water boiler.
The studio is in the back of the main house, which is also available through Air BnB! The studio and main house are separated by a locked door. The pictures show all of the amenities and furnishings of the space. If you don’t see something that you might need, just ask and we’ll see what we can do.
Downtown Albuquerque and Old Town are vibrant neighborhoods, both offering many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and opportunities for shopping. Route 66 is close (it's our Central Ave) and a 10-minute drive to I-40. The neighborhood itself, however, is tucked away keeping the noise volume at a pretty consistent low.

HI! Spacious & unique room available in my downtown home (please read full description before booking). Simple, comfortable space for respectful guests. Great place to sleep, shower, and have a stopover where you can walk to some of the most popular places in ABQ! Near Old Town, UNM, Nob Hill, airport, train, and buses. Free street parking around complex. I have another room listed on AirBnb and the bathroom is potentially shared with this guest(s). Unique space so read full description.
Located in a prime downtown location. Everything is walking distance! First floor includes the two rooms I have available for guests and the bathroom. Must be able to climb stairs if accessing the kitchen on the second floor. My space is on the third floor (not open to guests) so guest spaces are fairly private. Note: This room is a garage that has been outfitted into a room space so no natural light (ie no window) and which means it is great for sleeping since it's like having blackout curtains! Also, the room has a sliding door which is a little bit smaller than a regular standard door (see photo). If this is possible issue please check with me...large equipment or extra large suitcases, etc. Please DO NOT book this room if you are not ok with the description. It is a great space, though! People who are adaptable, have experience staying in hostels, or have an adventure streak: you'll enjoy the space. This room has an a/c unit in the summer and a space heater in the winter. -Must have a verified account and a history of positive reviews to InstaBook. Serious and Kind of Silly Note: Adults who want "special time," it's really awkward for everyone in the house when we hear you, and we will, so if you're looking for that time together, please book a more private space. :)

Located next to nightlife, theaters, government buildings, incredible breweries, cafes, a grocery store, The University of New Mexico, CNM, Amtrak/Greyhound/Airport, The ABQ Zoo/Botanical Gardens/Aquarium, and Old Town. Also, check out the Rail Yards open air market and its festival like atmosphere with live music and vendors or the downtown grower’s market on Saturday mornings to experience local produce, home spun organic products, music and over-all good time. Close access to the Ro Grande river gives visitors access to miles of walking.running trails in the the shaded and verdant Bosque river forest. Numerous of museums near are near by and varieties of authentic New Mexico cuisine surround the area. I-40 is close by if you are just passing through are looking to explore more of New Mexico during your stay. I lived in this neighborhood for about a year and a half. What I love most about this area is it's close proximity to restaurants and local breweries in the downtown area. At the same time I love how peaceful it is and how many friendly people you see out walking at various times in the day.

This little spot is a few blocks from Central Avenue restaurants and nightlife, close to the river, zoo, airport and highway. High fences make the green backyard very private. I am an art collector, and have stuffed the place with art. The sleeper sofa downstairs is very comfortable an easy to set up, with all bedding inside.
This is the urban core. I am a block from two courthouses, and two blocks to the fabulously hip coffee shop Zendo and the brewery Sidetrack. One block to family restaurant La Mexicana. ten minutes to the airport, four minutes to I-25 and I-40.

I lived in this neighborhood for about a year and a half. What I love most about this area is it's close proximity to restaurants and local breweries in the downtown area. At the same time I love how peaceful it is and how many friendly people you see out walking at various times in the day.
