  • Wendy’s home was great! Very well priced for our stopover in Perth before heading to Margaret River. The home was well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed. Parking is available outside the home. However, it is paid parking during business hours Monday - Friday. Great home, and would stay again!

  • This apartment is very well situated for a visit to the Perth CBD. During the day there are various cafes and restaurants nearby and it is also possible to travel for free on the city centre CAT bus service. Like most business districts, many bars and restaurants close in the early evening and the immediate area around the apartment becomes much quieter. However, there are restaurants and bars within a 10 to 15 min walk. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped but I was disappointed to find that the walls and windows were not clean and there was a musty odour when entering the flat. The parking facility is excellent.

  • Lilian and Armando were absolutely amazing!! From the minute we began messaging them they were so lovely and so helpful. They provided us with clear directions, a lot of information about the place and made sure they were on time to meet us as well. I told them we were celebrating my bday weekend and they even shouted us a bottle of champagne!     Our large open plan apartment is filled with sunlight and lush plants both inside and out. We have good views across to East Perth skyline and beyond. The long balcony is private and has plenty of seating. You will wake up to the sound of a water fountain outside your room each morning. The room has both curtains and a privacy blind which can shut out 100% sunlight if desired. As there is only two apartments in the building, this means less noise and more privacy. Our neighbours in the other apartment are in fact friends of ours.
    Our apartment is located in a diverse neighborhood in central Perth. The area is home to many business, industry, and apartments. For shopping and sightseeing, either walk, catch a free train or bus into Northbridge or the city in less than 10mins. There are a few great cafes nearby if you need your caffeine fix.
  • Our stay at Green Inner City Penthouse was most enjoyable. Brian and Anthony were gracious hosts welcoming us very warmly to their near new penthouse apartment. Brian was gracious enough to pick up my wife and I from the airport at 11.00pm. We requested this as we had been away from home for a month and had travelled by plane for the past 11 hours so safety was a concern. The location is A1 for travellers especially those without a car. The railway station at Claisebrook is across the roadway (1 stop from Perth central) and a inner city yellow bus is available on the other side of the station. The yellow bus does a full circuit of the city and links with two other inner city bus routes. The facilities available to us was a large bedroom with complementary drinks and a coffee machine available. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Security was very high with secure doors at ground level locked at all times out of business hours. You will enjoy their two dogs who love visitors. During warm weather they have a comfortable and very green balcony area as per the photo. The apartment was as advertised. We thank Brian and Anthony for a congenial visit.

  • The stay could not be better. Very beautiful 5-star penthouse with private marble ensuite, Brian and Anthony had everything prepared for us, even down to the extension chord, espresso pods and even ear plugs! Loved the indoor Koi pond and really appreciated the use of the washing machine and dryer as we had been at camp. Brian was very kind to pick us up from Curtin University on arrival day and sent us back to the airport and recommended many tourist sights, but above all, lovely people to stay with. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

  • We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's apartment, which is situated very close to Claisebrook train station and the Perth CBD. Brian is a very friendly and helpful young man who always cares about the accommodation. We both felt very much at home during our stay! We spent in total 4 months with Brian and never once had any complaints or issues. The latest news is that bed in the guest room now has a heated blanket, which is something amazing during "cold" Australian nights. Thank you very much! This accommodation comes highly recommended!   • Upon arriving at Brian's apartment we noticed the common area in the apartment was not especially clean (due to the dogs) however the room was beautiful and smelt of gorgeous vanilla. When we entered the room it immediately felt like five star luxury. There is even a fridge which was very handy for us and some small touches that surpass expectation such as free bottled water, cold beverages, and coffee machine. The bathroom is also stunning and we especially liked the little notes to the guests as well as the library of tourist information. Brian has clearly put a lot of effort into the styling and cleanliness of the space. The bed is not as comfortable as is looks which was a shame. Our check in and communication with Brian was great however we had an unfortunate event occur on the Saturday night where a small party started. It was assumed by one of the hosts that we were not in when in fact we were asleep. We notified Brian of the matter and he immediately rectified the situation. Overall Brian and the gorgeous dogs were great hosts and the room was beautiful unfortunately our stay was diminished by the late night incident.

  • It's was awesome to stay in Brian's Accommodation. The environment design is totally same as what the picture show out. The room is completely with the facility and other electrical item and the bed come with heater function while stay in the cold winter period is really feeling warm in night. 2 little puppies was cute, we do enjoy the puppies come over play with us in several time. Other, the location is easy touch down to city and other places with nearest public transport like train and yellow cat bus. Overall, it's really a pleasure to have a great experience to stay in Brian's Accommodation and thanks for the pick up From/To Airport. Strongly recommend !

    One bedroom luxury apartment 3 mins from train station and free cat bus to city. Well appointed kitchen. 5 min walk to the beautiful swan river and many restaurants and riverside bar. Free street parking available and easy access to all freeways. Two bathrooms one Queen bed and one sofa bed

    This is a lovely quiet neighbourhood that is a five minute walk to the river or a twenty minute stroll to the city. The train is five minutes from the apartment and with the smart rider which is made available for two guests gives you free train ride into the city. There is also a free cat bus around the corner which will also get you to the city. When you stay in the apartment you also have access to all the freeways a few minutes away. You can walk to both the NIB Stadium and the new Optus stadium. The free yellow cat bus around the corner drops you off to the RAC arena.

  • Carol and Kevin were excellent hosts. We were able to check in early and they helped us where possible when our bags didn’t arrive with our flight. Communication was very easy and their response was very quick. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean, quiet and the location was perfect, a short walk to the CAT-bus and the city. As a big surprise Kevin brought us the day we left to the motorhome rental office. Highly recommended.

  • We had a very comfortable stay at Carol's place. The unit is very clean and tidy and is well equipped. The unit is conveniently located within the Perth City Free Transit Zone. We caught the frequent free buses ( (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) ) just on the doorstep to the unit into the city and back from the city. The Blue Cat is just a short walk away to take you into Northbridge. A supermarket is also located just a short walk away. Would recommend to anyone visiting Perth.

  • what can I say about this apartment? Without a doubt a great host, accompanied by a warm and well presented apartment. If self contained is what you are looking for, then this is the place to stop and sign up to. Everything you need to get you by is in the apartment, just need to purchase things in between meal wise. a pretty stacked pantry with essentials, kitchen with everything you need, including coffee machine. a well presented bathroom with washing machine and dryer, plus a welcome basket. Followed by a bedroom closet loaded with essentials such as fan, heater, clothes hangers etc. Go down stairs and free transit bus at your doorstep to Perth CBD. Few local shops around plus secure parking underneath. My mum visited for 2 weeks, and she absolutely loved the warmth and presentation Carol and Kevin have put into this apartment. This is a gem, close to the city and fantastically priced too. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart for your hospitality Carol and Kevin.

    Fresh one bedroom comfy sunshine filled inner city apartment. Great base to stroll around the city during the day or for a night on the town. the apartment had keyless entry and self check in Tourist attractions on the doorstep (the Perth Mint), stroll around the historic heart of Perth or enjoy a coffee in a local café Early check in / late checkout $50 each
    The building is of an older style ( it used to be the nurses quarters for the hospital. As there is no smoking in the building people go out the main entrance to smoke. 50m2 one bedroom apartment is new. Fully renovated throughout including new furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped along with coffee machine and includes a washer/ dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed a single day bed and a single trundle bed, tv, with plenty of hanging space for clothes. The lounge has a queen sofa bed, tv, table and chairs, The bathroom has shower, toilet and twin marble vanities. The apartment is secure with keyless entry. but has a back up set of keys in a lockbox - codes given prior to arrival For infants and toddlers there is no bathtub, I have a plastic baby bath, travel cot and a highchair. Please note - ONLY THE QUEEN BED IS MADE UP all linen is in the cupboard to make the other beds, it is your choice which beds you would like to use as you might like to keep the lounge room as the lounge room
    East Perth and the apartment block are mulitcultural with an array of restaurants and bars all in walking distance. There is a service station just around the corner for milk, snacks, fuel etc. The Perth Mint is across the road, The WACA is just down the road. Also close to Royal Perth hospital A short walk will get you to Murry and Hay street malls for shopping, Northbridge and the Cultural centre for dining and entertainment Or head down to the waterfront for a coffee or pint at the Royal or Toast. The free cat busses will get you to Kings Park and all place inner Perth A block over on Hays streets you will find the Grosvenor hotel (does a good chicken parmigiana). Jaws has the sushi train. Also there is a small supermarket

  • Very stylish apartment with everything you need for cooking. Enjoyed the tea and the nepresso coffee every morning. Really enjoyed my stay there. Location is in central CBD. Within 10 minutes Walking distance to bus and train stops. Easy check in and check out process. Calum is very considerable with providing very detailed check in process and have a file to help your settle in and providing some travel informations, cafe and restaurants around. Although I had a little problem with entering the house but the host came in few minutes to open the door for me. Really recommend this apartment.-----//---(in Chinese中文)--//---非常喜欢这个小公寓...装修的可谓是很复合我的心意哈哈哈..做饭的工具很全基本调料都有...位置也在市中心.门口就是各大奢侈品店铺...走路十分钟不到可以去火车站和公交车站. 离购物的那条街也很近. 主人也很细心有很详细的自助check in步骤. 还有一个准备的好的小册子有旅游信息和推荐周边的餐馆咖啡馆. 最爱每天早上的T2 茶和雀巢胶囊咖啡哈哈哈. 虽然我入住的时候遇到开门的小问题但是也马上过来帮解决了....总之很不错的体验... 推荐啦!

The apartment is very centrally located within walking distance to all main attractions and restaurants in Perth CBD and Northbridge. For all other areas (Fremantle etc.) connection to public transport is only a 5 min. walk away as well. I have never seen such a well equipt kitchen in an airbnb stay and also the rest of the aparment leaves no open wishes. Overall a winderful experience and for us the perfect place to stay while visiting Perth.

Beautiful apartment styled so well and in the best spot in Perth. My husband didnt want to leave. Bed was really comfy and I really cant fault the whole experience was perfection. I just wish it wasnt on the other side of the country to us so we could stay more often. Delicious coffee every morning before heading out. The room consists of a queen sized bed and the sofa turns into a double bed which together can sleep up to four people depending on your comfort level. Fresh clean linens and towels will be provided for your stay. Internet WiFi is also included in the nightly rate. For families with little ones we can provide a portable cot and high chair upon request.
    The apartment is 10 minutes walk or 2 CAT bus stops away to the Murray Street and Hay Street malls. La climatisation est à vérifier mais le lit est confortable. En terme de produits de première nécessité, il n’y a que le stricte nécessaire. Dans le placard il y a huile, vinaigre, poivre, sel et miel. Il y a les produits d’entretien mais pas d’éponge. Ça fait léger pour un appartement sensé être habité. On n’a vraiment l’impression que cet appartement est uniquement destiné à la location. La bouilloire ne donnait pas envie d’y faire bouillir de l’eau. Le micro-onde n’était pas très propre. Dans la chambre les pieds des lampes de chevet étaient recouverts d’une fine couché de poussière. Dommage. Bien pour une ou deux nuits. Pour un séjour plus long ça devient moins confortable.

  • We recently stayed at Stephanie's apartment for 4 nights. It was our first time for Perth so wanted to make sure we were central to all things touristy! Right from the get go Stephanie was very helpful in answering any questions we had about the apartment and Perth in general. When we arrived, Stephanie arranged for a key handover, it was all very seamless! The building was a beautiful heritage structure, which got the tick of approval from us! The apartment itself was very clean and orderly. It had all your essentials (including a hair dryer which I had forgot to pack!) The apartment is very located in the CBD, with a five minute walk to a train station and numerous bus stops! We would happily stay at Stephanie's again upon our return to Perth.   • Although my party arrived earlier than scheduled, Stephanie accommodated us and met us at the entrance of the apartment building. The apartment itself is clean and even though it's on a busy street, you don't hear the traffic noise. Nearby are several cafes/bistros offering Asian and western food and shops are all within walking distance. Just down the road is a taxi rank which operates 24 hours, so getting a cab to the airport is not a problem. All in all, a good location!

    Cozy and Stylish Apartment in East Perth *GOOD Value This entire apartment sized over 50m2 while the living and bedroom are separated. It is newly renovated and now is immaculately ready for you. And take your time to enjoy spectacular views overlooking Perth city and you could watch the fireworks! You will find this located just next to the city centre. By 15 -20 mins walking, you can easily reach it (depending on your speed). But you don't have to walk actually. Just catch the free city shuttle bus while its bus stop located 5 mins walk from my apartment and it will take you to most of the main attraction spots around city area! What a convenient option! Please search "cat bus perth" for more details and different routes. The nearest train station is Mciver station which takes you 10min walk. Free of charge for taking train from Mciver station to Perth station if you use "smartrider" to pay. If you are keen on walking, then have a 10 -15 min walk to waterfront for amazing swan river view! As for the space, kitchen is equipped with gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, saucepan, frypan, knives, peeler and cutlery. Please note that oven & grill is not available under any circumstances. Hot water is available. Please allow 5-10mins break between each shower for best consistency of hot water. In bedroom, there is a queen size bed, bedside table, walk in wardrobe, coat rack and full length mirror. Additional single bed would be available for extra $18/ night. Also sofa bed setup with pillows, bedsheet and quilt also would be available for extra $10/ night. Also there will be portable air conditioner for summer and heater for winter. For parking, as my apartment is located in the city area so only fee payable parking at day time available. However during specific time (Mon-Fri: before 8am and after 6pm; Sat-Sun: all day) will be free to park along roadside of the building of my apartment. Please make sure you read the parking sign and double check before you park. And please spend some time to read the house rules. ***I hope you to know my apartment is not a fancy one so that you won't feel disappointed. For the pictures, they were taken by photographer from airbnb and been officially verified. The apartment itself just exactly like what you see. Behind the photos, please be noted it is in a building with long history (with 2 lifts) without gym/ pool/ sauna facilities. People who live here are mostly locals. Location is not exactly in the middle of city centre but you can definitely reach it by walking (15-20mins) or taking free bus (5mins). And all bus to city are free as my apartment located in free zone area (free to take any bus or train within this zone). And please understand that my apartment might have some imperfections. But I have spent lots of efforts and care on this to make it spotlessly clean and cozy for you.***
  • The place is very accurately listed. It is so conveniently located in the city with the Red cat and Yellow cat just a minute away. It's super close to Elizabeth quay if you're thinking of visiting Rottnest Island. For those interested in Chinatown it is also really close. Close to Perth station so I also took a lot of trains to outside of CBD. Had a great stay in perth :)

  • Marcus communicated lots of information before I arrived which made it really simple to access his apartment through the main street using a passcode to pick up the keys. Much appreciated given my late arrival. He provided great information regarding easily accessible grocery shopping, places to eat and things to do responding to my requests via sms very quickly. His suggestion were excellent and I had one of the best bistro Italian meals I've had in Australia! The apartment was large, historic and split over 3 levels with a fully appointed kitchen and laundry so would be great for longer stays. Its centrally located, clean and in easy walking distance of downtown shopping, cafes, Northbridge and the convention centre (which I was attending). Marcus allowed me to keep my bags there after checkout making it easier on the last day and was very easy going and gracious. Would definitely stay again.

    This is a fantastic apartment, ideal for those that want to be in the centre of Perth, just two minutes walk to the underground train station. The apartment is located on the famous Hay Street, opposite the Apple Store and Prada, right in the heart of the shopping district, with many with cafes and restaurants. The apartment building has a lift and stair access to the 1st floor apartment, which is very spacious with modern design, air conditioning, flatscreen TV and DVD player. There is also a very large sunny private outdoor courtyard for the apartment. The apartment has one double bed, one single bed and a double sofa bed. We can also provide super comfy Aerobeds with linen for additional guests. The bedroom areas are part of an open plan studio style layout, reflected in the photos. The apartment has everything and more you could need during your stay in Perth: Free high speed wifi Washing machine Dryer Stove Oven Microwave Kettle Toaster Iron and ironing board Fridge freezer Free, unlimited, high speed internet is provided.   • This property was not worth anywhere near the $250 a night we were charged to stay over the Christmas period. Absolute rip off!! Extremely disappointed. Pros: *Good Location near city centre and public transport *Great Air con Cons: The apartment had recieved a very rushed clean before our (Website hidden by Airbnb) were noticeably unvacuumed, Bathroom was dirty especially the shower with hair left in the bottom. And alot of surfaces looked to be untouched and very dusty. *The shower temperature was shocking with it fluctuating from hot to cold at random and staying cold for minutes...really unpleasant!! *Bathroom door doesn't stay closed leaving zero privacy when using the toilet. *Stove Top temperature settings have worn off making it difficult to know which element is being turned on. *Baking Tray supplied doesn't fit in the oven. *No cable TV as advertised and no response from the host when queried. *Oven and Dishwasher are extremely old and outdated. *If you choose to open the curtains you lose all privacy in the main living, dining and kitchen area as the neighbours can see directly in and vice versa. *Misleading photos...the property is much more tired looking in real life

    On a quiet, tucked away lane in the heritage heart of West Leederville, is a light-filled and airy studio apartment overlooking our lush, private courtyard. From sleepy first-light chirping, there's a constant chatter of birdlife especially in the big Liquid Amber tree which gives the treehouse treasure its unique character.
    With polished wooden flooring, private bathroom, Scandinavian furniture, double bed (solid fold out couch) and great cooking facilities (scanpan, microwave, rice cooker, fridge) this is a very comfortable space.
    This area is the heritage part of West Leederville where many of the houses were built around 1920. The big, graceful street trees which create such a cool, shady environment were planted many years ago.

    Our place is close to art and culture, great views,, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities , the city. You’ll love this place because of the location as you can walk down through china town all the way to the city and through the museum and art gallery, also there is the free bus close by if you would rarther. The new Elisabeth quay is also close In the opposite direction you have beaufort street cafes and boutique shops as well as Inglewood night markets and NIB stadium.
    The apartment is cosy clean and new. Situated on Beaufort street one of the most vibrant streets around Perth with shops, cafes and nightlife in both directions and NIB stadium 300 metres away for soccer and sports fans which also hosts some great musical acts. One of our favourite spots is the Ellington Jazz Club, and being only 200 metres away makes for a great night. Crown Metropol and Casino is also a short drive away.

The entire apartment was very well equipped and cosy. We feel totally at home! The secure car bay was very useful during our stay.   • This is a great place to stay all around. Karl responded quickly and clearly and all was just as identified in the description. He met us for check in and showed us how everything worked and answered all our questions. He recommended a nearby tasty restaurant which was a good value. The wifi worked with no glitches, all the appliances, washer, dryer, hot water, showers, outlets, etc. worked well. He got us off to a start with milk and bread so we could have a jetlagged breakfast at the apartment before going out to explore. We especially liked the covered balcony so we could sit outdoors in the shade and listen to the parrots. Since there were three of us, we appreciated the four chairs on the balcony. The rooftop area is also a lovely place to go watch the sunset. This is a great location with restaurants nearby, great coffee, a different place with Vietnamese coffee and bao, and a gas station with convenience items very close by. There's also a place to have pages printed very nearby when that need came up for us. We would definitely want to stay here again if we get the opportunity to come back to Perth. Enjoy!

    Our apartment is very well located in a quiet part of the bussiness area, not to crowded, we love to go for a walk or picnic to Langley Park and see the sunset by the river. The food is pretty good arround here, just downstairs is a very nice Cafe shop whith a friendly staff and nice food, affordable for any pocket.

  • Nadia and Tom were very welcoming during my 2 weeks stay. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and to accommodate my needs. They are an easy-going and friendly couple. Nadia and Tom's apartment is excellently located- within walking distance to the city (about 15-20 minutes). The free bus system is a dream! Very efficient service with buses running almost every 10 minutes (if not more frequently) to the CBD (and beyond) and back. The bus trip into the city takes about 10 mins depending on traffic. Bus services to and from Perth Airport frequent with bus stop just downstairs. The apartment is also within walking distance to the beautiful Swan River which offers many opportunities for exercise (walking, kayaking and riding a bike) or just relaxing with a book or having a picnic. The apartment is within walking distance to the WACA cricket ground and also to nice variety of good restaurants. There are a 2 Convenience Stores and a coffee shop directly below which is very handy. The bedroom and bathroom are private from the rest of the unit. The bed was very comfortable and the water in the shower was exceptionally hot. I felt very much at home! There is ample hanging space with a generous number of hangers provided. I had access to the kitchen which has ample space and was always kept clean and tidy with lovely aroma's of Nadia's freshly brewed and delicious Brazillian coffee! The apartment has lovely natural light and a wrap around balcony and overlooks a lovely garden with a pool as per the photos. The apartment was kept immaculately clean. The large outdoor pool is heated allowing me to do some lap swimming in a tranquil garden and a canopy of endless blue skies which Perth is notorious for. Local residents seemed to enjoy sunbathing around the pool on hot days. The apartment is not far from Perth's famous and stunning King's Park and Botanical Gardens (about 15-20 minutes by bus) or it is possible to walk there (or back) depending on your energy levels. The new and beautifully constructed Elizabeth Quay and famous Bell Tower are also within walking distance, as is the railway station at Elizabeth Quay or the Underground Perth Station within the actual CBD. Given the frequency and efficiency of the transport system in Perth (especially the bus system running from Adelaide to the city etc. and back, it made touring this beautful city and returning in the evening easy and safe. Many places to explore in this beautiful city including watching the sunset over Cottesloe Beach, a visit to vibrant Freemantle (Freo) including watching the ships come into harbour against a picturesque sunset, a trip to Rottnest Island, visiting Kings Park and many other tourist destinations makes Perth a fun and interesting place to visit. Overall, living with Nadia and Tom was like living at home away from home. Warm, genuine couple! I would highly recommend this place.

  • We absolutely loved staying with Nadia and Tom. They are incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. They helped us with everything they could. For example, Nadia gave us a lift to the car rental shop to collect our car. She is such a sweet lady! She even washed some plates for us after we were done with some cooking. We have never experienced such a hospitality before. We felt like it was our own home while staying there. Besides, they are also very nice to talk to. We will never forget the great time we had at their place. So much laughter and fun conversation :) Apart from this, our room was also incredibly comfortable , with a lovely bed and a clean bathroom. In terms of location, it is also very convenient, close to the city and near to the bus stops. All in all, the stay was absolutely top-notch. Wish we could stay longer! I would highly recommend their place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Perth!

  • The unit is in the centre of town close to all the sites and amenities, it is clean and reasonably well equipped. The main problem is the air conditioning unit for the next door apartment which is on the balcony of this apartment; when it comes on, which it does every 10 minutes 24/7, it makes conversation impossible on the balcony and blows hot air across the entire width of the balcony rendering it unusable. It can also be heard inside the apartment even with the doors are closed. If you are there in winter it won’t bother you but in the summer I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

The red cat stops on the corner of the road and links with all the other free busses around absolutely excellent transport system . Had a couple of issues with hot water which was allsorted by Marcus within 1 hour ( these things happen ) . Marcus is an excellent communicator and nothing is to much trouble to him .     The apartment has free wifi, is stylishly furnished and has reverse cycle air conditioning to make your stay comfortable. It is located within an apartment hotel that is well lit, making it a safe option for solo travellers. It has a separate bedroom, combined fully-equipped kitchen and living (with a queen size sofabed), laundry and bathroom. A small balcony means that you can enjoy a little fresh air and watching the sun set over the city. It has a cot and high chair for a little one. It is in a very convenient location in the heart of the city, making exploration of the city very easy. If you want to travel further afield, it is a 10 minute walk to the train station. Buses are plentiful with bus stops just around the corner including the free Red Cat bus.     Highgate is one of Perth's historic inner city suburbs which has recently had a massive resurgence in popularity. The Beaufort Street precinct is now a thriving, exciting, hip and happening location for shopping, dining and getting out and about. Just minutes away you will find beautiful Parisian style flower shops, patisseries & cafes, fabulous fashion and gift shops plus some amazing cutting edge restaurants and bars. Perth's iconic and historic Astor Theatre is also in this precinct. Highgate is THE place to be seen! You also have your very own local cafe only a couple of doors away - Lincolns is a great spot to enjoy your morning tea or coffee and to read the paper in the sunshine. Hyde Park is also only a few minutes walk away and is a lovely relaxing space to wander in amongst the beautiful parklands, gardens and the lake area there.

  • Steven is very helpful, and accommodating. He waited for us until late evening, and showed us around the apartment. There are a lot of restaurants around the area. Plenty of Asian restaurants too. There are also few pubs/clubs just in front of the apartment, if you like to join the party. But it can be a little noisy during weekend nights.

Heidi prepared a list of tips plus dos and donts which is useful for our planning and also benefit her in keeping the apartment well maintained for the following guests. Heidi too communicate with me through messages checking if everything is okay. The apartment was located right infront of the Watertown Outlet Brand which is a major plus point and it is 10-15mins walk to the city which we did throughout our stay. Theres also free bus right infront of the apartment. There is nothing more better than this with having accessibility to public transport and close to CBD. The apartment was very clean when we entered and Heidi is good enough to provide us with free towels,tea,coffee,bodysoap and many more. It is just like checking into a hotel but with many plus points and the feeling of at home with having iron,hanger,vacuum provided.

    My home is a GEM. Many guests say the photos don't do it justice! Come in, close the door and now you’re on holidays - even if you’re not, it will still feel like it! This is a private get away if you want a "home" rather than a "hotel" for your vacation. My style is different and a bit quirky but don’t let that stop you. While it is a charming character filled house, it has all the mod cons – reverse-cycle ducted air-conditioning, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave etc.
    The house is well maintained, clean and fresh with polished jarrah floor boards throughout. The kitchen is fully lined with (the now back in fashion), timber lining boards adding to the homely feeling. The backyard is leafy, private and fully decked with “real” timber with a tropical garden feel - perfect for morning brekkie or afternoon drinks. The street is a cul-de-sac with a community atmosphere. You may hear birds singing in the backyard or kids playing in the street outside (don’t worry, they are not noisy and will not be problematic for you). The only traffic in the street is the neighbours as it is a private dead end street. (if you have a car, there is plenty of street parking available). You can relax in the back yard, sit on the front porch or enjoy a cosy night in front of the TV OR head out and take a walk into town as just 20 min walk to the city centre, 15mins to Beaufort St Cafes and boutique stores and 10min walk to the rapidly growing, funky William St with its small designer shops, small bars and music scene. Alternatively, public transport is a few minutes away or book a taxi or Uber. Also, Leederville cafe strip, Luna Cinema, Paradiso,Northbridge restaurants, nightspots and Chinatown are all a short walk away. If you are after something more “chilled” it’s a 2 min walk to either Hyde Park or Robertson Park and lawn tennis courts. If you are into walking or jogging, this area is perfect for you. What better than a morning jog through the amazing Hyde Park? Then breakfast or lunch at the local cafes - in Lake St “Tarts Cafe”or “Sayer Sista’s” and just around the corner in Bulwer St the newly opened “Boo” are all great for this. The bathroom is small and functional with a full length bath with overhead shower - 2nd toilet outside. Towels, linen and basic toiletries are provided.

    Our place, which is quite close to the Perth city centre, is located right in the heart of the upmarket and sophisticated suburb of Subiaco where there is an abundance of sports arenas, parks, art and cultural centres, as well as, of course, a host of fabulous bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from. Ideally suited for couples, solo adventurers, or business travellers wanting to base in chic and classy surroundings.
    Loft style home on two levels with double height north facing windows and glass doors. The house is also located centrally and close to major hospitals. It is only a short walk to Domain Stadium, 2km to the Perth CBD and 1.5km to Kings Park. It is a short distance to the Perth Convention Centre, the Perth Museum, the Art Gallery of Western Australia and His Majesty's Theatre. Guests are provided with luxury cotton bed linen, a selection of pillows, and white fluffy towels. Bathroom amenities are provided free of charge.
    The house lies in the east end of the street where trees overhang the paved street. Contemporary Subiaco is one of Perth’s most enduringly popular neighbourhoods, with an outstanding stock of heritage houses, top schools, straightforward city access and more cafes, bars, restaurants and shops than there are days in the year. Local shopping and eating options line Rokeby Rd and Hay St, with refined old Subiaco Hotel (1896) sitting pretty where the two streets cross. The ever popular Subiaco Street Festival takes place around here every December and provides fantastic entertainment and events It really is a wonderful location and a good base to explore the rest of Perth - for business or private. It's a 5-10 minute walk to pretty much everywhere - West Perth, the Subiaco shops on Rokeby Road, a 5 mins stroll to Park Mueller, and 5 mins on the bus and train to the CBD.

Milans attention to detail was obvious, even down to fresh milk, juice, fruit, an assortment of teas and coffee, and homemade strawberry jam on arrival. You thought of everything Milan! Love this place and hope to make use of it again.

  • We enjoyed the stay at Milans apartment, it is fully equipped with all what you need and it’s very close to the Subiaco Market with lots of restaurants supermarkets and cafes. From there it’s a nice walk through the Kings Park down into the city. Just one little remark is the fact that it’s located at the railway which wasn’t a big problem for us as there is not much traffic during the night, but yes you will hear the trains passing by.

    West Leederville is an ideal location for holiday goers in Summer. You have all the amenity you could wish for and most importantly you are close to the beach and the city. My place has a beautiful kitchen with good size living and 50" TV with DVD player. Great family activities, good nightlife, public transport.You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood, the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
    You are in a small complex in a highly desired location. The unit is located at ground floor and filled with natural light and offers a large living space for dining and relaxing.
    This is a residential unit you have to respect other residents. Strictly no party, loud music, no drugs and smoke. We are firm with quiet time between 10pm-7am.

  • The place is clean and chic. The building is currently on some renovation, but it does not cause any trouble. The apartment is next to the main street and it gets noisy sometimes. Overall location is really good, very near to city centre and coles is just 5 minutes walk away. Nice area to stay in. Communication with Saori is easy. She responded to us very quickly.

  • It's our first time engaging Airbnb and was pleasantly surprised by Saori's home. It has everything we needed from cleaning equipment to shower and cooking facilities. A plus point for those who drive as there's a dedicated lot downstairs. Area is close to hospitals and clinics which is a great point as I'm down with fever for the last few days of my trip. Overall a very good experience, will definitely stay again if I'm visiting Perth! Thank you Saori!

    Just renovated, this is a bright and airy inner city apartment with private courtyard. A quiet oasis right in the heart of Perth city! You will not hear a sound from the world outside and yet you are right in the middle of town.
    This newly renovated apartment is right in the heart of Perth, just a few minutes walk to the underground train station. This is a fantastic apartment, ideal for those that want to be in the centre of Perth. The apartment is located on the famous Hay Street, right in the middle of the business and shopping district, brimming with cafes and restaurants. The Murray and Hay Street Malls at your doorstep offer a wide rang of specialty stores, including jewellery, fashion and souvenir shops. High-end shops like Gucci, Prada and Bally are right outside. The building has a lift and stair access to the 1st floor apartment, which is very spacious with modern design, high speed wifi, air conditioning, flatscreen TV and DVD. There is also a very large private outdoor area which gets a lot of sun during the day. Perfect for a couple, or can sleep two additional people with Aerobeds, all linen provided. The apartment has everything you could need during your stay in Perth: High speed wifi Washing machine Dryer Stove Oven Microwave Kettle Toaster Rice cooker Iron and ironing board Fridge and freezer Free, unlimited, high speed internet. Parking is not available in the building although there is free parking on the street in the evenings from 6pm until 8am, or His Majesty's carpark is 100m away and costs $3.90/hour. You also have a private courtyard with table and chairs, perfect for having a glass of wine or breakfast. The apartment is just 2 minutes walk from Perth Underground train station.
    The corner of King and Hay Street is right in the heart of the city next to interesting shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The Apple store is across the road as well as high end shops like Prada, Gucci etc.

L'appartement est très confortable, très calme et offre toutes les commodités pour s'y sentir bien. La remise des clés a été rapide et les consignes et informations parfaites pour l'installation et les visites. Nous avons été comblés par Perth et de l'appartement de Jemma et Andrew.   • I really like the location of the apartment. It is very well-situated in Perth CDB and everything is within working distance. It is right next to the Rydges Hotel. Downstairs there is restaurants everywhere, train station and shopping street is only about 3 mins walk away. The nearest supermarket is Woolsworth about 7 mins walk away. Perth Convention Centre is about 10 mins walk away. There is lift access on the way up the apartment. Generally, the apartment is quite spacious. There is a dining area fit for setting up a work station as well. It is clean and there is constant running hot water. Not so positives: - My stay started out quite bad as there was no electricity until the next day. Jemma did offer to book me in another apartment outside of Perth or to stay at her place. However, as I had an early morning appointment, I decided to book into the hotel next door for one night. - The layout of the apartment was such that there is only 1 aircon in the living room and I had to leave the bedroom door opened for ventilation. - There were 4 pillows on the queen size bed and 2 of which, were a bit old and musty. Might be good to change them before the next guests stay. I had to use my jacket to try to musk the smell.

  • I must say location is exceptionally great. Walking distance to both Perth train station, busy terminals, Perth underground station, city center, and etc. Second would be the huge space of the apartment. We had wonderful time relaxing as it offers quite more than enough space for us 3. All amenities were also big plus to this place. We had everything we needed. Jemma even has a rice cooker which is a life saver for us. We will definitely stay here again in our next visit. Thanks Jemma.
