Central Bath Georgian Flat, park opposite, great views, 2 minutes from restaurants, shops, spa, bars and cathedral in this great historic spa city. A really comfy bed to return to. I don’t share the kitchen or sitting room, and no tea making facilities in the bedroom. The price for this location reflects this. Simple room, double bed, small clothes rail, good for a night or two. Decorated shabby chic, old floorboards, great views, offered is this bedroom and sharing small bathroom.
2 min walk from the centre of historical Bath, opposite lovely park, and great views, light sunny flat. The bedroom is simple, minimalistic, shabby chic style with double bed and small clothes rail. Lovely views with sash windows. This property is over 200 years old. You may want to know that I wash the bedding myself and don't iron the bedding! :) This is a room in my home and the only one used for airbnb. The floorboards are old and painted white, with wood discoloration showing through. The space is this room and share of small bathroom. Breakfast not provided but great cafes within 2 mins walk.
Lovely park across the road, great old fashioned tiny pub across the road that has Irish music session every Friday evening, couple of minutes stroll into historical Bath, for shopping, museums, cafes, bars and art gallery's, and of course the thermal spa. I regularly decorate my home, but have never had a lot of money to spend on it.

Room with a view in a Georgian house 10 -15 minutes' walk away from the centre of Bath. The house was built around 1790 and has my small shop on the ground floor where I specialise in antique and vintage tins. The bedroom faces south east, looking over the river to the hills beyond, and is at the back of the house. It has a modern, private bathroom right next to the bedroom. The accommodation is on the top floor, so wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
Bath has a wealth of shops, restaurants, museums, and cinemas and of course a vibrant theatre scene.
The London Road and Walcot Street area has a number of good eating places, from gastro-pub to vegan restaurant and is known as being a neighbourhood for the artisan and creative shops and workshops.

Bright and quirky one bedroom apartment in the heart of Bath. Situated on the East side of Bath on the London Road, just a ten minute stroll from the centre of town. Walcot is Bath's artisan quarter - home to The Bell (award winning, community owned pub) as well as many other bars, restaurants, antiques markets and cafes. The property on Walcot Buildings is a basement floor flat set in a converted grade II listed building with a patio garden. It has a bright double bedroom with a comfortable bed . There is plenty of storage space with a built in cupboard and chest of drawers. South facing it gets the sunshine all day. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed as well as a TV (with Netflix). Renovated in 2017, this ground floor studio flat is an ideal base for 1 or 2 people looking to explore Bath, away from the hustle and bustle. We have endeavoured to offer everything that would be expected from a modern boutique hotel, with the additional benefit of a user friendly kitchenette. Only a 10-15 minute walk through the Artisan Quarter of Walcot Street into the direct centre of the city where the Roman Baths/Abbey/Thermae Spa are located, including many shops, bars and restaurants.
This is a studio flat, meaning that everything is in one room with the exception of an en-suite shower room. We have tried to make the most of the space by including storage drawers under the standard double bed and a clothes hanging rail in the alcove. We provide towels and bedding. The kitchenette contains everything you need to make your own small meals. There is a combination microwave/oven/grill as well as a plug in induction hob which is stored under the counter. Cooking utensils, glassware and a couple of pots are provided. You will also have use of a kettle, toaster and mini fridge. Tea, coffee (ground & instant), sugar, fresh milk, salt & pepper and olive oil, all provided. Check the pots on the mantle over the original feature Georgian fire place. Under the kitchen counter is a rubbish bin, a bucket for recycling (or whatever you find it useful for!), a travel iron & table top board and some cleaning products. We remove the rubbish & recycling for you after you check out. The little en-suite shower room contains a WC, small hand basin & shower. On the shelf you will find some basic toiletries, extra loo rolls and a travel hairdryer. The gate-leg table and chairs sit beside a large window, with Venetian blinds, which overlooks a pretty 2-level courtyard garden that belongs to the basement flat below. There is an electric heater, tower fan and wall mounted TV/DVD combination. A little selection of DVDs are on the shelf. The WiFi router, used by all of our flats in this building, is in this studio. It is really helpful to turn it on and off occasionally to keep it running smoothly for all of our guests. We may message you if another guest requests a reboot, but if you are out and about we would not expect you to return for this purpose, only when you are ready. A guestbook, containing the WiFi password, is on the bedside table, along with some local tourist guides.
The building is located at the bottom of Hedgemead Park, where Walcot Street joins with the London Road. 10 mins walk to the city centre & 20 mins walk to the train station. All that separates this property from the city centre attractions and shopping is a short stroll along Walcot Street, considered to be the Artisan Quarter of Bath, or you can take the Paragon. Turn left as you exit the building and continue to the mini roundabout. The road forks, left to Walcot Street and right along the Paragon. Walcot Street, the Artisan Quarter, has loads of small independent businesses. It leads to Waitrose supermarket and the city centre. The Paragon, an architecturally beautiful road, leads on to George Street where you will find a host of bars, cafes and restaurants. Same Same but Different is best for breakfast! This is the top end of the main shopping high street, and you can follow it all the way to the Southgate shopping district and the train station. We would also recommend the area around the Theatre Royal for a great selection of bars & restaurants. CITY CENTRE ATTRACTIONS & FAVOURITES: The Roman Baths, Bath Abbey & The Pump Rooms, Stall Street, 13 mins walk. A real tourist hot spot. Thermae Bath Spa, Hot Bath Street, 16 mins walk. Very popular for mineral baths and spa treatments, book ahead. The Gainsborough Hotel nearby is fantastic for foodies. Sally Lunn's Historic Eating House and Museum, North Parade Passage, 15 mins walk. The oldest house in Bath (c1482) and home to the famous Bath Bunn. Jane Austen Centre, Gay Street, 11 mins walk. If you like Jane Austen then look no further! The Royal Crescent & Circus buildings, 13 mins walk. Stunning architecture at the top of Victoria Park. The Royal Crescent Hotel does an amazing afternoon tea, but check prices first! Royal Victoria Park, great for a walk or a picnic. The Canary Gin Bar, Queen Street, 12 mins walk. A must-see for gin lovers! The Dark Horse Cocktail Bar, Kingsmead Square, 15 mins walk. One of the worlds best, book in advance to avoid disappointment. Hall & Woodhouse Pub, Old King Street, 11 mins walk. Big and busy, always a great atmosphere, nice food and drink. The Garrick's Head, Theatre Royal, St Johns Place, 15 mins walk. Great food and drink, surrounded by many other lovely restaurants. Sotto Sotto Italian Restaurant, North Parade, 16 mins walk. Largely considered to be the best restaurant in Bath. If you cannot make a reservation it is worth it to wait in the queue, or you might get lucky and walk right in! The Cork Pub, Westgate Buildings, 16 mins walk. Young, vibrant atmosphere, best for live sports. PUBS & EATERIES (within 5 mins walk): The Curfew Pub - turn right, 2 mins walk. Quiet and pretty, this little gem on the corner has nice home-cooked food & a small beer garden. The Bell Inn - turn left, 3 mins walk, Walcot Street. Buzzing local community pub, great live music. Also a coin operated washing machine out the back. The Star Inn - turn left, 3 mins walk, the Paragon. Very old & beautiful ale house, traditional wood panelling throughout. Hudson Steak House - turn left, 2 mins walk. Superb, upmarket, award-winning. Corkage Wine & Small Plates - turn left, 3 mins walk, Walcot Street. Fantastic & romantic. Best reviews from our guests! Walcot House - turn left, 5 mins walk, Walcot Street. Large, upmarket late bar and food. Schwartz Burger - turn left, 5 mins, Walcot Street. Awesome gourmet burger takeaway. Golden Plaice Fish & Chips - turn right, 2 mins walk. Nice local chippy. Yummy House Chinese Takeaway - next door. Mixed reviews, definitely not a favourite.

Small and cosy, this little cabin in the garden is basic, but hopefully has everything you need for a short break in Bath. A double bed, little shower room with sink and loo, kitchenette with kettle, toaster and fridge, desk and wifi. Free parking on site. And the centre of the city is a few minutes' walk away.
It’s happy chaos here with a dog and two cats in the main house who will probably saunter over and try and persuade you to let them in. The cabin is a 5x3m little oasis of calm . Just ask if there’s something you need or want info on. We are only a few minutes walk from Great Pulteney street, the Holburne museum, river, shops and cafes and the best bits of town. The cabin is accessed by a side gate. Please note that the access isn't level, with a few steps and rickety bits. The cabin is directly behind the main house, so is overlooked.
We have a lovely park behind the house, just a short walk through the churchyard. At the end of the road is great pulteney street and pulteney bridge. The Holburne museum is close by , as is the rugby ground (the ‘rec’) and the Abbey. Bath has wonderful cafes and restaurants and boutique shops . Good times to visit include the Bath festival (May/June), Christmas markets (Nov/Dec) and the first Sunday of every month (Mar to Dec) for nearby Frome independent market .

Renovated in 2017, this 1 bedroom flat is an ideal base for 1 - 4 people (including the sofabed) looking to explore Bath, away from the hustle and bustle. The 2-level courtyard and garden is a particular highlight for those wanting some outdoor space. Only a 10-15 minute walk through the Artisan Quarter of Walcot Street into the direct centre of the city where the Roman Baths/Abbey/Thermae Spa are located, including many shops, bars and restaurants.

The bedroom has a king size metal frame bed and an en-suite shower room. Towels and bedding are provided. A selection of basic toiletries can be found in the bathroom cabinet. There is a door in the bathroom that takes you into a quirky stone room beneath the pavement. Guests will have use of a fully equipped kitchen, with oven/grill, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Tea, coffee (ground & instant), sugar, milk, salt & pepper and olive oil is all provided. There is a dining table & chairs and a large sofa bed. My place is close to the city centre, art and culture, and parks. You’ll love my place because of Access to a beautiful World Heritage site, beautiful architecture and scenery. Close proximity to Roman Baths, NT skyline walk and great restaurants. The accommodation is within 5 minsof Bath Rugby Ground and 10 minutes walk from Bath's Famous Christmas Market. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
The apartment is on the top floor and is 1 of 3 apartments. Please note there are 3 flights of stairs with no lift facility. The communal area is for use when entering and exiting the building. The communal area is currently being renovated. The apartment does not have private parking. We are in Zone 1 therefore strict parking rules. Immediately outside our place is parking, however minimum 2 hours approx. £4.00 between 0800 and 1800., Monday to Saturday. There is a free 2 hour parking bay approximately 4 min walk but limited space. Parking on a Sunday is free unless otherwise stated. We can recommend residential areas to park within 20 minute walk and via some of Baths prettiest vistas. If you are not planning to travel outside Bath we recommend you use the Park and Rides on either side of the city. When possible we can arrange to meet you there or happy to pick you up from the train station. Bath is a beautiful city but the traffic congestion is bad especially in rush hour. There are a number of car parks nearby please look at the visit Bath website or email us an enquiry.
It is in a street 5 minutes walk from the centre. Noise from the street may be heard during your stay, however it is mostly residential in the vicinity.

Renovated in 2017, this first floor studio flat is an ideal base for 1 or 2 people looking to explore Bath, away from the hustle and bustle.
We have tried to make the most of the space by including storage drawers under the standard double bed and clothes hangers on wall hooks. We provide towels and bedding. The kitchenette contains everything you need to make your own small meals. There is a combination microwave/oven/grill as well as a plug in induction hob which is stored in the drawer. Cooking utensils, cutlery, glassware and a couple of pots are provided. You will also have use of a kettle, toaster and mini fridge. Tea, coffee (ground & instant), sugar, fresh milk, salt & pepper and olive oil, all provided. Check the pots on the little black shelf. Under the kitchen counter is a rubbish bin, a bucket for recycling (or whatever you find it useful for!) and some cleaning products. We remove the rubbish & recycling for you after you check out. A travel iron & table top board are in the drawer under the bed. The en-suite shower room contains a WC, hand basin & shower. Open the mirror cabinet to find some basic toiletries. Extra loo rolls and a travel hairdryer are on a low shelf by the sink. There is a large sash window, with Venetian blinds, which overlooks a pretty 2-level courtyard garden that belongs to the basement flat below. The view continues over the south of the city to the surrounding countryside and woodlands. There is an electric heater, tower fan and wall mounted TV/DVD combination. A little selection of DVDs are under the far bedside table. The WiFi router is in the flat below, so please let us know if it needs a reboot and we can contact the guests for you.
