The apartment overlooks our wooded backyard and you have access to upper and lower decks! Bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed and workspace, WiFi is provided. Lots of privacy with as much or as little interaction with host as preferred.
Newly renovated kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils and dishes necessary for meal preparation. Large living room. Queen size bed, large closet and dresser in the bedroom. Full shower and tub. Linens and towels provided.
Very peaceful family neighborhood. Extremely safe and easy walk to Smith Center, Keenan Stadium, Campus, and UNC Hospital. The Location: Chapel Hill is located in the center of NC; it is vibrant, inventive and fun! You will feel right at home here. Experience the creativity of the local artists and musicians. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, there are beautiful hiking trails, water adventures on the Haw River and Jordan Lake, and wonderful bicycling opportunities. And of course the "The Tar Heels", Blue Devils and Wolfpack to entertain!!! Enjoy your time walking the streets, experiencing, seeing and tasting the many places Chapel Hill and Carrboro offer. It is truly a gem. A few of my favorite things: The Planetarium, the Ackland Art Gallery (Franklin Street), Carrboro Mill for shops, the Weaver Street market, local artists shop, and the beautiful UNC campus. Run by a charity chartered in 1981 to promote interdisciplinary communication in the behavioral and social sciences (it conducted the famous Nags Head oceanfront conferences for 25 years), the Center provides short- and long-term accommodations to graduate students, faculty, and members of the general public interested in understanding the world we live in. It also sponsors lectures and seminars.

This location is so quiet and peaceful, in the woods near Battle Park, but close enough to easily drive and walk to whatever you need to do.

This room with private bath is located on the second floor of a historic house. Large windows on two sides of the room make it bright and cheerful. A shared kitchen and dining area are just outside the door.
The Front Room has a comfortable full-size bed with reading lamps on the mantle behind the bed. A futon sofa allows an additional 2 people to occupy the room. A corner closet allows for convenient and adequate storage. A very small en-suite bathroom completes the amenities.
