  • Jane’s room was a great value, and was in a super location. To get to the water or to a restaurant for dinner, was a short walk. She was a terrific host, and we’d stay with her again if we’re in the area in the future.

  • Quarto amplo com boa estrutura e confortável. Bem localizado, próximo ao lago e à cidade histórica. Boa opção.

  • Jane was beyond flexible and accommodating with our stay, and the place was just what we were looking for-- clean and affordable. We were only there for an overnight, but it met our needs. Loved the snacks and the full size coffee maker, and the views were so pretty. We walked down to the Lake in the morning and it was lovely. A very serene location.

  • We stopped in on our way to Vermont from Colorado, and could not have been happier! This was a quaint little neighborhood literally steps away from the Lake. It feels as if you are in your own little home with a kitchenette, a TV, bathroom, and everything and anything you may need. We wish we could have stayed longer but we sing nothing but praises for Jane and her beautiful lakeside home (:

    Cassidy2018-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • Jane was a perfect host and her 2nd floor "apartment" was lovely. I saw apartment because it was much larger than a room , it was the entire second floor of a quaint cape-type home. Everything was clean and just as Jane promised, and she was very responsive to messages. She went above and beyond to welcome us and make us feel at home on our anniversary visit. We also enjoyed the deli across the street for breakfast both days, as well as ice cream in the evening. Pultneyville is out of the way, which has both pros and cons. If you are looking for a relaxing place to get away, Jane has a room for you! Just a few blocks away, you can sit along Lake Ontario and enjoy a relaxing evening sunset with a book and your loved one.

    Scott2018-07-15T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Jane's was for 1 night! It was very comfortable and relaxing - just what we needed!

Our home is a log home we built 20+ years ago AND WE RENT OUR LOWER LEVEL WHICH IS A SEPARATE APARTMENT. Guests can use the front porch and deck area in warmer weather . In winter, there is snowmobiling on the New York trail system and cross country skiing at the town park. There are wineries, distillery's and farmers markets close by. Sodus Point is not far and offers dining and fun. Williamson has restaurants in town and a wonderful park on the water, a park with playground real close.
Full apartment with queen size bed in bedroom , pull out queen sofa in living area. Full private bath, wifi, large flat screen tv with basic cable. There are appliances, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Dining table can be used as a laptop work surface. Separate from our home with its own entrance. In dry weather you can pull right up to the door but in winter and wet weather there is access from a outdoor stairway in the rear of our home. Everything is well lit outside.
We are within a mile of Apple Country Spirits, a few miles from Embark Craft Ciderworks , The Copper Ale House & Young Summer Winery, Pultneyville Deli are popular stops near Lake Ontario, and in Sodus Point we have many favorite restaurants including The Bay Street where you can get a gourmet meal and choose from one of the hundreds of martini's, Six50 Black Oven Cooking, captain Jacks Goodtime Tavern, and Marlins! There are so many places to list here ! We have a ton of info for our guests . We live in a neighborhood with many families and farms are all around us . It's generally a quiet place .
  • Monique's place was so perfect for our quiet Christmas honeymoon. She and Mark were so hospitable...even plowed the driveway in a snowstorm to make sure we could get in. Would stay there again in an instant and definitely recommend Fraser Pines!

  • This is a wonderful place to stay. Close to everything. Very private and comfortable. Feels like home the moment you walk in.

  • This house is a great place to stay. I highly recommend this spot. Private clean great hosts ! Beautiful sunsets! Feels just like home.

  • Fraser Pines is a great/beautiful place to stay! Monique’s retro kitchen is fascinating - and it WORKS! The apartment is roomy & comfortable; the bed is excellent. Mark drove stakes in the grass for a path so we could pull right up to the door. The Barnes are great hosts. We had a great dinner at Marlin’s on Sodus Point, Thursday night prime rib special $10.99. Amazing! Breakfasts at the Candy Kitchen & Gus’s were both good.

    Emma2017-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • Mark & Monique's place will make you feel at home as soon as you walk in. The little touches are amazing and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I was impressed with how clean it was, and it's set just far back enough to give privacy without being detached. I couldnt have asked for a better stay

    Dylan2018-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • Monique was very accommodating and organized. She went out of her wait to make sure that special requests we had were met before we arrived. The apartment was beautiful and clean.

    Jennifer2017-11-26T00:00:00Z
  • This space was so cozy and spacious. We were a couple with an 18 month old and this provided ample space to keep him entertained and not feel crowded like a hotel. Everything was also in good taste and thoughtful for the holidays

    Juliana2018-12-26T00:00:00Z
  • Monique and Mark have a great Airbnb rental. The location is nice and Monique and Mark were very inviting and friendly. There was plenty of towels, linens, kitchen supplies and everything we needed for an 8 day stay while in town for work. Would have stayed here longer if there was availability.

Twelve Baskets Farm is our family homestead, where we run a small organic vegetable farm and raise chickens. The large farm house, built circa 1840, features original architectural treatments and a 1,100 sf first floor apartment for your exclusive use during your stay.
The spacious apartment has kitchen and family room located in a portion of the original 1840 structure featuring large windows and high ceilings. A ranch style addition, recently renovated with fresh paint and new carpeting houses the two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and laundry room.
The farm is situated on 28 acres of gently rolling crop and wood land in the rural setting of East Palmyra, located 4 miles from the Village of Palmyra and 6 miles from the Village of Newark. The house sets back from the main road, offering plenty of privacy and safety for families.
  • A fantastic host completed with a fantastic property. For us what made our trip was how patient Jonathan was and how amazingly comfortable the property is. The produce from Jonathan’s farm (eggs, garlic) as well as the tomatoes, zucchini that was from another local farm (kindly arranged for us by Jonathan), were both delicious & fresh. Highly recommended to other travelers/weekend retreaters/soulful foodies!

    Aisha2018-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • Shauna is the secret to the success of this place. She is a good young mom raising a darling family with her good husband on this little farm. She is careful and concerned that her guests are taken care of. The apartment is separate from the house and is HUGE! The furnishings are old but clean and functional and it all fits nicely into the 1830s Farm home ambiance. It is a comfortable and pleasant step back in time. My favorite thing was the dozen fresh eggs in the fridge that the chickens laid the day before. YUM! We ate quite a few for only 25 cents each. We did a load of laundry too which was very handy. I would like to stay here again.

    Rich2018-06-20T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful place and Jonathan was such a wonderful host...!! He even gifted us his farm grown tomatoes. We were 6 adults and 2 kids and we had more than enough space for all of us. We just stayed overnight - would have loved to spend some more time exploring the beautiful farm and surroundings ( which Jonathan graciously told us to feel free to explore ) but we had to continue to Niagara. Thank You for having us.

  • 12BF Was such an amazing stay for our family of 5. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably. Everything was very clean and there was lots of space. We used the kitchen to cook and we found everything we needed. We really appreciated that they had made the pack n play and pull out couch up for us because we were arriving late. They gave perfect instructions and house guidelines. It was very easy to follow and they came to say hello and check in on us. They were so sweet to us and our kids loved playing with their sweet kids and on their plays-cape. Also the chickens were a big hit with our kids as well. We came for the Hill Cumorah Pageant and historical Palmyra and was very close to all the sites. We loved the quiet and space of this wonderful place. We will be back and recommend this highly to any coming to this area.

  • We absolutely loved the place. It was a beautiful experience to stay closer to a farm. Jonathan and Shauna were so kind and welcoming. We loved the location as we did both Niagara falls and Seneca lake wineries... I'd highly recommend this place to all

This sweet little abode began life in the early 1900’s as the Pultneyville Harbor Office, before being moved to its present location in the 1950’s. In 2014 we went through it stem to stern, and painted, mended, or replaced everything in her, while keeping the original heart and soul of the cottage. The family room has a sofa (sleeper) and 2 chairs, plus a bar height table and stools for dining or game-play. A Flat screen TV with Chromecast is provided and free Wi-Fi. (NOTE Strong reception for AT&T & Verizon Wireless cell service) Mature shade trees and a wonderful lake breeze keep you cool in the summer. **NEW in 2016 we added a window AC Unit** Fans are also provided. The newly renovated kitchen features all new appliances, cabinets and finishes. If you want to cook, the kitchen is ready for you with complete cookware and dinnerware. A microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and a blender are included too. An outside gas grill is also provided. There are 2 bedrooms, both with double beds (NEW Serta Perfect Sleepers 2015). There is a sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps 2 as well. Linens included! The bathroom has all new fixtures and finishes and is very roomy, and includes a tub/shower unit. Towels provided. Step outside and enjoy seating on the covered front porch, with a beautiful view of the cherry orchard across the street (we are surrounded by orchards). In the back is a stone patio with a table and chairs, and a fire pit (wood is available). A short 5 minute walk across the street brings you to a 100-foot high bluff with beautiful views of Lake Ontario, part of the new Cornwall Preserve with hiking trails and peace & quiet. ***Please note there is to be NO SMOKING in The Cottage*** And there is plenty to do nearby…the area is known for biking, antique shops, dining, boating, and fishing. We are located on the Seaway Trail, a cycling route. Take a half-mile walk to town, and you’ll find the Pultneyville Grille & Bar, the Pultneyville Deli & Up Pub, an Art Gallery, museum, antique shop, churches, and beautiful Pultneyville Harbor. 10 minutes east by car is Sodus Point, a dining, boating and fishing mecca. There are 2 lighthouses, a museum (free summer Sunday concerts on the lawn), fishing pier, several marinas, boat rentals, charter fishing boats, 2 playgrounds, skate park, ball field, public beach(with lifeguards), multiple restaurants (open late), ice cream stands, gift shop, church, and convenience market. 3 miles east is Hughes Marina, with fishing, boat docks, boat launches and boat and kayak rentals. 4 miles west is the Bear Creek boat launch operated by the Town of Ontario (permit required), and this is a very popular fishing location. Palmyra is 20 minutes south. We live right next door and will be happy to be your host for your stay, and help you locate any of the local services. Why choose a hotel for more money when you can stay with us at The Pultneyville Harbor Office Cottage? Please contact us directly if you have any questions (phone or text). Like us on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)!
We loved antiques so much we bought one to live in and it came with this cottage! Died and gone to heaven, the sweetest summers on the planet are right here. The front porch, the area, the quiet, the old trees, the apple orchards all around, are just a few of the reasons we are here.
  • We had a fantastic stay at Tom and Shelley's cottage. We spent 8 nights there and it was a great base for us to relax and travel around to all of the great sites of New York State, like Niagara Falls and Thousand Islands. Would definitely go back and stay again. Thanks for your hospitality guys.

    Lisa2015-09-06T00:00:00Z
  • This little cottage is so cute, super clean and even prettier in real life. Tom and Shelley are very thoughtful hosts, super welcoming and available. The snacks and coffee! Yay! I was on my own for this trip and it felt good to know they were right next door. The rooms are tiny, if you are travelling with others you should be close! The country setting is very peaceful, a short walk through the orchards across the road for a stunning lake view. Although it is in a rural area, this is not the backwoods. Neighbors are nearby and the road out front is well traveled. Nearby Pultneyville is adorable. All in all a bargain price for a wonderful place and much needed respite. I would go again.

    Bianca2016-05-24T00:00:00Z
  • This is a very cute and cozy little cottage surrounded by apple orchards. Stayed here with our daughter and her husband and their dog. Took many walks through the orchards and out to the lake. Across the road about a quarter mile east is a parking area for the Cornwall preserve with a nice trail to the lake and a cemetery to walk through. The P’deli was less than a mile away - good soup, salad and sandwiches and baked goods. Embark Ciderworks and Burnap’s garden cafe both with good food and service and just a short drive. Stopped in Sodus Point to checkout the beach - nice and sandy. The light house was pretty cool. Williamson had a RiteAid. Tom and Shelly kept this cottage well stocked. There’s a pantry with food storage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, bottled water and more. Bathroom had hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Kitchen had coffee and filters, spices, dish detergent, cookware etc. They put a lot of thought into the needs of their guests. Thank you for a comfortable getaway.

  • Staying at Leann's was a pure delight! The room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the feather pillows! Leann is a genuine and warm hostess with a lovely family and home. Breakfast was healthy, innovative, and simply delicious! We felt very pampered sipping our hand-squeezed orange juice on the veranda. Would definitely stay again.

    Gina2018-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • Leann and her family were amazing. They were welcoming, full of personality and so much fun to talk to. Their home is full of character and absolutely beautiful! The best part though was their hospitality and AMAZING breakfast! Definitely one of the best airBnB experiences I have ever had.

    Alex2018-07-22T00:00:00Z
  • This stay was above and beyond all expectations! A perfect example of a 5 star stay. Leann and her husband were extremely accommodating and caring of our needs, and even stayed up late to welcome our late arrival. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone passing through. Well worth every dollar!

    Dallin2018-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • One of the best places we’ve stayed in. Leann and Jon were super nice and lovely, the place is super clean and stylish, and the breakfast was amazing. First class!

    Pavel2018-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • Very sweet to stay with Leann. Highly recommend! Super breakfast with lots of healthy and tasty choices is included. Location was perfect for me. The room was so cheerful and although the kids were lively, I didn’t hear them when in the room, nor were they intrusive - just cute! Air conditioning was turned on so the room was already cool and comfy. You’re a flight of stairs away from the bathroom so take that into account if you have trouble with stairs. Hosts are very kind.

Comfy, cozy, homey, inviting. These are just a few words people have used to describe our log cabin. Plenty of space for large or multiple families to be comfortable in.
Our beautiful one and a half story cozy log home sits on one acre in a quiet country setting. It's THE perfect home away from home for ALL seasons. If you live where you often don't see stars at night you will definitely get an eye full here. The sounds of peepers at night will sing you to sleep with a summer lullaby. The mornings are so peaceful. Come sit on the porch with a hot cup of coffee and listen to the birds sing in the Spring. In the fall the leaves around our cabin are mother's nature's perfect art work. You can smell the leaves and the scent of fall, grab a warm spiced cider and soak it in. Their is no cozier place in the winter then the Cozy Log Cabin. The snow covers the ground in a sparkly white canvas and sits on the trees like it's a blanket and you can soak it all in while being warm and cozy with an Afghan over your lap and relaxing to a movie or reading a book. Our setting is perfect for guests looking to vacation as a family, looking to have a romantic weekend as a couple, a fun filled weekend with girlfriends or a guys fishing trip. The kitchen is also the dining area. The large wood block island has been bringing families around it for over a decade. It's a great place to share meals, have conversations and play board games. There is plenty of green space for kids and adults to play volleyball, kickball, soccer. There is a wooden swing set and slide and an extra large sandbox. Also there is a large fire pit to enjoy a warm relaxing campfire under the stars. The driveway is extra long with plenty of parking. There is a basketball hoop and space to ride bikes, scooters, play four square and chalk art. The cabin has been almost completely repainted on the inside, new carpeting was installed. We are working on many updates and more remodeling!!
The cabin is located on a picturesque country road right off a major route. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the house sits back away from the road. Walworth is rural but it’s almost 30 mins North, South, East and West to many tourist destinations or places of interest. There is so much to see and do in beautiful Upstate New York and the Finger Lakes Region.
  • The cabin is comfortable and spacious and has a great backyard for kids and large deck with lots of chairs for hanging out outside. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is well suited for being fairly close to Rochester, Webster, the NY Thruway and other attractions but with a country experience. It seems to be a work in progress right now with signs of repainting and updating evident, but overall a nice place to stay.

    Mary Beth2018-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • Nice house in rural area. Great kitchen to sit in. Unfortunately not a clean kitchen. Large area outside for kids to play.

    Annelies2018-08-07T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice private home. Lots of parking. Would recommend as a nice base for visiting anything in the area. About 15 minutes from the LDS Sites in Palmyra.

    Russell2018-08-23T00:00:00Z
  • The main necessities needed, no frills. Easy to get key, easy WiFi, easy tv. Didn’t need to contact owner during 3 day stay. Chose the guest room bed because it was firmer, minor tiny note—side table in there would be helpful because I had to put my glasses and phone on the floor. Master room bed is really soft. Didn’t use upstairs but looked in order. Kitchen had everything I needed. Having grown up in the area, it was as I expected for the type of country house. Would use again if I need in the future.

    Treva2018-10-29T00:00:00Z
  • This was a fabulous place. It was so nice to get out of the city. It was only 10 mins from the Palmyra historical sites. The cabin was warm and cozy! It was well stocked and very clean.

  • Perfect space for our family to call home base while we explored the area. Tammy was very hospitable.

    Adam2018-09-06T00:00:00Z
  • very nice house, much space in house and outside, wonderful kitchen table!

    Rebekka2018-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • Wow! Tammy's place was a dream come true for our family! The Cozy Cottage is conveniently located near shopping, churches, and Palmyra historical sites. It's a quick trip into Rochester, close to Lake Ontario, and less than two hours from Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The home itself is adorable with nooks and crannies that our children just loved. The beds are clean and comfortable, the living room cozy, and the kitchen open and inviting. With minor exceptions, we had the kitchen supplies needed to create a wonderful Thanksgiving feast! While some finishing touches may remain to make this home sparkle, it was so inviting and truly became our "home" away from home for the week. The backyard provides a great place to roam and the kitchen island/table was perfect for dinner and doing puzzles. Tammy is a recommended host and her home a recommended stay!

There is a private rock beach and beautiful sunsets! It's a great place to get away with family, a few friends, significant other or a quiet getaway by yourself. Enjoy the amazing sunsets by the fire pit while eating s'mores. There is plenty of yard space for activities and beach access for swimming, rafting and throwing rocks. There is a swing set for kids. It's also a great place to visit in the winter when you're looking for some quiet get away!
The rock beach is a 0-depth entry that gradually gets deeper. You can walk right in! The rocks can be sharp or slippery so water shoes is recommended. Please help yourself to a favorite rock for a momentum. There is plenty of driftwood about to start a fire. Our charming cottage is decorated with whimsical nautical decor. There is an open floor plan - kitchen/dining/living area. The enclosed sun porch overlooks the yard to great lake views. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, bowls, utensils, coffee pot, blender and toaster and KitchenAid mixer. There is also a gas grill with a propane tank. Linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags, tin foil, plastic wrap, baggies and coffee/tea, non-dairy creamer and sugar are provided. There is also a washer and dryer with detergent. There is no cable, but Netflix is available on our new Smart TV, as well as, the use of a DVD player. There is an electric fireplace to make the place more cozy and warm on cold days and nights. There is a pack n play with sheets in the Queen bedroom closet. The twin beds are a bunk bed in bedroom 3. There is a twin day bed with a pull out trundle bed (twin) in bedroom 2.
We are 10 minutes east of historic Pultneyville. This village is a darling lakeside gem with beautiful views of Lake Ontario. Visit B Foreman Park and find a swing to take in the views! Or pack a picnic and dip your toes in the water on the pebble beach. Ten minutes west of Sodus Point offers you restaurants, bars, ice cream, sand beach, playgrounds, the lighthouse (walk to the top) and the marina. Burnap's Farm Market is a wonderful place for lunch or ice cream...or both! Bring the kids and watch them play on the unique playground or feed the chickens and goats. Grab a homemade pie or baked bread for the road...and throw in some local fruit while you're at it! Chimney Bluffs State Park is a must see! A breathtaking hike through the woods where cliffs meet the waves of Lake Ontario. Take a picnic and walking shoes that can get wet too! You cannot miss this spectacular gem. We are 40 minutes from the heart of Rochester, a small city, but a lot to do: summer festivals (May-September), beautiful parks, the zoo, Museum of Play, Science Museum, home of Susan B Anthony, Erie Canal, George Eastman House, Geva Theater, Rochester Public Market and much more! Take a mini road trip (1.5 hours) and head to Lectworth State Park, the Grand Canyon of the East or head west on I-90 and see Niagara Falls!! Fall Foliage is bursting with colors as you pass apple and pear orchards on the way to the cottage. Be sure to check out local fruit and vegetable stands to taste the bounty of the harvest. In the winter, cozy up to the wood burning stove and roast marshmallows and hot dogs. Enjoy the serenity of soft snow falling and listening to the crackling of firewood. We are 1 mile from the Driftriders Snowmobile Club.
  • This place is gorgeous! Lake Ontario is your backyard. The wood burning stove is great for chiller months and it has everything that you might need. Ann is a great and thoughtful host. This is a wonderful place and I highly recommend it!!! I would stay here again without hesitation :)

  • This is a home that does not disappoint! Our expectations were not just met, but exceeded! Ann is someone who makes you feel welcome before your trip begins. The attention to detail, and thoughtful touches all throughout made it such a pleasure to stay... and the view!!!! Very kid friendly as well! We enjoyed our stay so much, we ended our last night trying to figure out when we could come back! If you want a relaxing, practical place to unwind, look no further! Cant wait to visit again soon!

  • We stayed at Ann's lakefront cottage for 7 nights during 4th of July week - and we had a wonderful time! The cottage was clean and well l-stocked with all the essentials. The view of the lake was fantastic and we were fortunate to have fabulous weather all week. We really enjoyed swimming in the lake and eating dinner while watching the sun set on the deck. A great vacation!

    Jillian2017-07-08T00:00:00Z
  • This is an awesome lakefront cottage. Plus, Ann made everything incredibly easy/smooth. Everything you need is there, whatever your occasion is. We definitely will come back.

  • Lovely Cottage on the lake. Ann was great. We reached out with a question during our stay and she was right on an answer. We can't wait to stay here again.

  • We built a fire in the fireplace and enjoyed the cozy cottage despite the rainy weather. I imagine this place would be amazing in the summer. My only tip for future travelers: bring wine with you as the Sodus liquor store has very little in stock.

  • We had a very nice weekend stay. The place was comfortable for a group of 5, with plenty of kitchen tools for cooking. Jan was thoughtful about offering local highlights to see and set realistic expectations about the limitations of the weather in to off season. For dinner in Sodus I’d recommend El Rincón, and for a good latte Imprint Coffee.

  • Great house! Very comfortable with so many homey touches. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, cookware, and enough to start you out with all the necessities. We had great campfires and really enjoyed the water view. It was beautiful!

    Melissa2018-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • Ok, the gorgeous picture of the ocean and the deck sucked me in. But the question is, was it accurate or were there neighbors towering over my privacy or was the photo doctored? The good news is I can tell you that it is real. A gorgeous spot actually on the Lake. Even when it rained, it was nice. I didn’t expect the bonus of hearing the waves hit the shore - seems more like oceanfront! Jan was a great host and we found her place to be very cozy. There were more beds than we needed and my wife found the couch so inviting she wished she could sleep there. There is a lot to do in the area and Jan provided lots of suggestions for dinner in the area. We ate at a local German restaurant that was worthy of a major city. We visited in the fall and the countryside was gorgeous- trees everywhere with more apples than they could hold. Between the location, the price and Jan taking care of us, we thought this was not only a great place, but an excellent value.

  • The view and sunsets were amazing! Very quiet and peaceful. Room enough for us to spread out (2 adults, 4 teenagers, 1 dog) as well as all be together. Helpful tips on distance to things and attractions. It was great we could bring my 4.5 yr old lab. After first day he was exhausted. Definitely recommend.

  • Awesome views! The decks make enjoying the lake easy. Jan was responsive and helpful leading up to the trip. We also had access to kayaks and a canoe, which was a great bonus! Thanks Jan!

The Salmon Creek House is a large lake-view (first-floor) studio loft right in the heart of the Historic Pultneyville Hamlet! Enjoy a beautiful view of the southern shore of Lake Ontario from the new deck overlooking the Pultneyville Harbor. Experience all that this area has to offer: The restaurants, fishing, snowmobiling, history, galleries, wineries, cideries, beaches, farms & markets. Only 25 mins to Rochester and Sodus Point is only a quick 10-mile drive!
The Salmon Creek House (SCH) was built in 2008. This new building, situated along the Seaway Trail, now houses a luxury long-term rental apartment, two retail office spaces, and a vacation rental (new in 2017). This building replaced the original Salmon Creek House, once a gift and antique shop. In fact, the original sign now hangs in the vacation rental, reminding visitors of the past use of the property. The SCH offers a fully ADA-compliant studio loft with two double beds and a queen pull-out couch (sleeping 6 total). It is fully equipped with a kitchen and one bathroom. We provide cable TV on a 48" smart-TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. The living room area has French doors that open to a small deck with great views of the boats in the harbor and Lake Ontario. This building is surrounded by beautiful views of the historic hamlet and is within walking distance to restaurants, the beach, an art gallery, a pub, Gates Hall (the oldest, continuous community theater venue in America!), the Pultneyville Yacht Club, the Pultneyville Mariners Club, the Williamson-Pultneyville Historical Society and the Genesee Valley Land Trust public hiking trails. It is also within close proximity of the Pultneyville Bicenntennial Trail, the four-mile Williamson town loop trail, two parks, and a multitude of wineries, cideries, a distillery, fruit farms and farm markets. Directly across the driveway is the infamous Salmon Creek (a tributary of Lake Ontario) which offers world class salmon and trout fishing. Here, there are also a number of boat docks, many of which are home to local fishing charters! The Salmon Creek House has access to one of the docks and boat launch. This dock is available for visitors to use for an additional cost. It would be great for small boats (under 30 ft) as well as kayaks and canoes, too! If you enjoy fishing, you will have a prime fishing spot on the dock with is typically posted! Please contact Jamie for more information. Also, all bookings will be provided with a map ensuring PRIVATE FISHING on almost a mile of the infamous Salmon Creek! (Jamie and Jason own hundreds of acres of land providing access to Salmon Creek). Right next door to the SCH is The Landing at Pultneyville which now houses the Pultneyville Grille (serving excellent dinners) and the Grille, which is a seasonal walk-up window serving lobster rolls and typical summer fare. The Landing also houses one of Upstate NY's premier art galleries, Artisans' Loft. The main restaurant serves dinner Wednesday-Sunday with gorgeous views of Lake Ontario. In the summer months, The Landing has a beautiful patio (The Grille) open for food and drinks, from 11-6. This patio overlooks the Pultneyville Harbor and is another great place to watch the boats and fishing charters. At the top of the driveway is the quaint Pultneyville post office offering a quick stop to mail your postcards! Just past the post office is the Williamson-Pultneyville Historical Society. The W-PHS house has numerous historical artifacts and exhibits on display. Also found on the grounds (behind the house) is one stop on the War of 1812 Peace Garden Trail. The next stop on the Pultneyville tour is the Pultneyville Deli Company. They are open seven days a week and offer a variety of baked goods, sandwiches, and pizzas. There is also a bar upstairs, aptly named The Up Pub, serving light dinners and great cocktails! They also feature a nice selection of rotating craft beers on tap. Continue past the Deli and turn right on Hamilton Street Extension for the Pultneyville Yacht Club. PYC offers guest docks and a club house. Directly at the end of this street is a small area known as Rocky Beach. Amidst the handful of campers are expansive lake views and TONS of rocks to collect and throw! This is a great walk for children! If you continue down West Lake Road you'll find Gates Hall, a community Theater. Check their schedule to see if you'll be visiting while the GateSingers are performing! The Pultneyville Mariners Club is in the opposite direction and is located just before the bend in Lake Road. This club is alive with sailboats, catamarans, and kayaks, situated on a private beach. Just past the Mariners Club is the Pultneyville Captain's Monument. There are also cement steps here that lead directly down to Lake Ontario. This is the public access to the Lake. Please note that the beach is private and part of the Mariners Club. A mile or so down the road on East Lake Road is a beautiful stop, B. Forman Park. This park is perfect for picnics and watching the sunset. You can rent pavilions via the Wayne County webpage. If you keep heading east, you'll run into Sodus Point. This beach community has many restaurants, shops, boat rentals, fishing charters, world class golf, and a gorgeous public beach. As you can see, the area has a ton to offer! Many people notice as they enter Pultneyville, that the streets are lined with apple orchards and other fruit trees. Wayne County, NY is one of the largest apple-producing regions in the country. During the month of May, the trees are in full bloom and are a sight to be seen! The air even has a sweet smell to it during this iconic time. The third weekend in May is home to the Williamson Apple Blossom Festival, honoring the long history with apple production in our community. Jamie and Jason currently operate a large Apple farm just outside of Pultneyville. It is possible to book a private tour (on a side-by-side!) of the farm during your stay at the SCH (for an additional fee). If you happen to visit during the months of September and October, plan on picking a few fresh apples to take back to the SCH! Strawberries are harvested in June, peaches in late-July/early-August, and pears in September. Please contact Jamie if you'd like more information on booking a tour and exploring the bounties of our farm.
Jamie and Jason both grew up in this area and LOVE IT. We are so excited to now offer the Salmon Creek House so we can share our favorite place with new friends. We both have family roots in Pultneyville, and are fourth-generation farmers in area. We know the area and the locals and feel that we can help to provide an awesome Pultneyville experience! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
  • This place was simply delightful! It was clean, comfortable and very roomy. It's very nice and has everything you need! One of our favorite air b and b's we've stayed in, you won't be disappointed! *And the small town is adorable! A perfect getaway!

  • This studio didn't feel like a studio at all! So very spacious and conveniently located on the first floor with plenty of light from windows. The place was EXCEPTIONALLY spotless with a modern day loft vibe and decor. Soaps and fresh bedding and towels provided. Dimmable modern light fixtures were a nice touch for a night shift worker relaxing in the early morning hours. Kitchen space was gigantic, making grocery buying and food preparation a breeze during my month long stay. Smart TV was great and able to stream multiple programs with ease using the fast Wi-Fi included. Overall, if you're traveling even remotely close to this area, this spot is worth every penny even if a little out of the way. The hosts nearly immediate replies are a confidence inspiring bonus. Rent this space, you will not be disappointed.

  • Great space and location. It’s exactly as advertised, super clean, thoughtful amenities, styled well, comfortable space. The area feels like time like a sleepy harbor town of another era. It’s exactly what we didn’t know we needed. We hope to be back!!

  • Our stay at Jamie & Jason’s place this past weekend was amazing. The location right on the Marina with views looking out at the lake was phenomenal. Salmon creek house was so adorable and more than comfortable to just stay inside and relax if we wanted to. Everything was so clean and very accommodating. We loved it!! So many little things to see around town in Pultneyville. I also suggest driving into Sodus Point. My fiancé and I will be back to visit again, for sure!!

  • This cute and cozy studio apartment was just what we needed for a quick getaway. We only live 15 miles away but wanted a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay for the night. If we had more time to spare, we would have stayed longer. This rental has everything you need and is close to the water, a few restaurants, and a deli. Peaceful, quite, and quaint. Loved it. Thanks so much!!!

I am fully available if you have questions or need something, but you will not need to share space with me; I have a private entrance and private deck.
Young Sommer Winery is on my road, 3 houses away (but all are at least 2 acres at this end of the road). Lagoner Farms is a mile away, Pultneyville is 1 1/2 away, Sodus Point is 15 minutes, Palmyra 20 minutes away; lots to do in this area.
  • Kimberly's place was absolutely amazing. The farmhouse and apple orchard were the perfect setting for our stay. The orchard itself is absolutely beautiful. The house is very, very close to historic Pultneyville and our in-laws. The cozy house was fully stocked with the everything we needed for our stay and for cooking. The bedrooms were roomy and well decorated and access to laundry is a great bonus. Kimberly was a fantastic host. She was communicative, friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Kimberly's place to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

  • We loved this place! Kimberley was great, easy to contact and fast with her responses. The park and the open grounds were a hit with the kids, and her amazing kitchen table allowed us to have our big family dinner the way we love to.

  • We had such a nice time at the house and we loved the Apple Orchard in the farm. It was such a difference from a regular hotel experience. It felt very pure, simple, inspiring, and very grounding experience. Kimberly’s house was very accommodating to the adults and the children alike. Thank you so much!!!

    Fifi2018-08-22T00:00:00Z
  • We experienced great communication with Kimberley right from the start. We were a group of 3 adults and 4 kids. Each family unit had their own private corner of this sprawling farmhouse so we didn't need to worry about disturbing each other at night. There were lots of options for sleeping arrangements. (Even a Pack 'n Play available). The younger kids loved the Sanibel/Captiva rooms upstairs -- so welcoming, comfortable, and fascinating! And the older child was enthralled with all the books in the downstairs room. (Any book lover will enjoy this home.) It is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The kitchen was nice and roomy to accommodate mealtimes. We enjoyed the free coffee/tea. Kimberley addressed any minor concerns right away and was so accommodating. And because the size of our group was uncertain until just before we left, having a flat rate for everyone made the financial planning side of things nice and simple. We discovered many beautiful local places to visit and have picnics. We're already talking about coming back to stay here next year!

  • We were 2 families with 4 kids in total, the house was beautiful much more than it was advertised! Big spaces, beautiful Kitchen were we cook italian food, playground for kids on the back, big table outside for dinner and barbecue.
