Having lived abroad for 15 years and also suffered from severe chronic fatigue, I met holistic health and realized healthy life all depends on your way of eating and life style. knowing your body type and seasonal eating will help understand your conditions. The best way to be healthy starts here, knowing your own body! This activity has two parts; We first learn about bio individuality, and Japanese seasonal food / eating. Then we do some works to find out each body type and what food & life style is good for you by making your own worksheet. Also, we enjoy sharing our experiences while learning our body type.
