Au programme

We’ll begin by shopping at a grocery store for vegetables before we cook Ying-Yang Kasaneni , a Oriental layered vegetable dish together. You may notice a difference with Japanese vegetables. We’ll be cooking kasaneni based on an ancient five element theory of yin and yang. You’ll also learn about a five-element yin-yang facial massage.
