Re-set physical and emotional body

This workshop combines Body workouts, Seasonal Cleanse and Healing Strategies. It includes a detailed manual, a unique approach of seasonal, anti-inflammatory food in delicious recipes, tools for cravings. Participants will re-set their physical and emotional bodies by taking care of themselves. In 90 minutes you will do different activities: A- Body map, to find where you feel weak or areas where you need improvements;  B- Learn your daily routine 45 minutes of total body workout that combined with a smart food program will offer you results in short time.  I will lead you from a breathing exercises to a cardio session, where we will use full body with techniques from ballet, aerobic, yoga, dance. You will experience how we can re-balance your body.  We will understand using a tailored digital manual criteria to cleanse the body, principles to detox eating and have some basic recipes to work with.
You will experience a full range of movements: alignment for postural integrity, core strength, breath work, and relaxation. The session will be concluded with a liberating feeling and a clarity. You will know what to do next to transform your body in the best biomechanics shape.
