Reinvention is essential for personal growth and evolution, but it's not always easy to achieve—especially now. To help you navigate this process, I'll share the transformational blueprint from my 100-day journey to becoming both the first African woman and the first black woman to compete in the Olympic skeleton—a sport I had no prior experience in and one in which athletes hurl themselves headfirst on a sled down an icy hill at 80 miles an hour.
In this interactive experience designed to invite courage and resilience, I'll teach you the valuable lessons I learned in those 100 days—a time when I had returned to competitive sport after a nearly ten-year retirement. Find a comfy spot in your house and I'll walk you through how I reignited my original dream of competing in track and field at the Summer Olympics. Then, we'll explore different ways of overcoming fears, defying naysayers, and shattering perceptions.

I'm currently training for the 2022 Olympic Games and I also inspire audiences around the world. I've appeared in leading media outlets such as CNN, NBC, ESPN, USA Today, Essence, Forbes, and Sports Illustrated and the New York Times has hailed me as “a role model for Africa and beyond.”

Why did I book this experience ? I was attracted by Simidele's amazing story and courage, by her positive, radiant aura and the title of the experience. I need(ed) more inspiration in these crazy times. Indeed Simi is such a vibrant, engaging and lovely person with a great sense of humor, telling her incredible story and giving me new thoughts, input and the feeling that I can (also) influence the direction of my life. I enjoyed every minute of the conversation and it felt almost like talking to a friend. Finally I left feeling very motivated and excited. Now I ask myself: What's my goal in life ? How can I achieve it ? (before I kept asking myself: When will Covid and the lockdown end ? I can't influence that. I was also influenced by all the negative people around me + I felt somehow paralyzed). It's time to leave my comfort zone. So - highly recommended if you want more sparkle (or sparkle more ;-) in your life !

Simi was just wonderful. I gifted Simi's Experience for my mother's birthday as a way for us to connect. Simi made it all worth far more than the actual cost. She's an inspiration and her program is thoughtful, humble, knowledgeable, and kind. Both my mother and me have discussed what we learned and how we are going to try to implement some of our learnings. Simi also gained two HUGE fans on her Skeleton journey.
