Do you feel like you waste your morning feeling slow, half awake, or unfocused? Do you feel unmotivated when you wake up, and then hope to find inspiration later in the day, but don’t?
In this online experience, we’ll walk through the morning routine that helped me get to, and keeps me competing at a world-class level. We’ll start by hydrating with a cold glass of lime-salt water and I’ll tell you the incredible story of how I made my first Olympic team after getting hit by a track and field hammer (warning: it’s the biggest bruise you’ll ever see). This event was the catalyst of my obsession with habits & routines. Next, we'll do some gentle but energising movements to activate your body. Thirdly, we'll go through effective journaling cues to activate a positive and motivated mindset. With blood flowing and a primed outlook, I’ll guide you through a short but highly effective meditation. As the finale, you'll learn the trick of how to enjoy a cold shower as well as some of the physiological benefits.

This Experience is great for team-building. You can book a private experience for your group. If your group larger than my listed max group size for private groups, send me a message. It can also be shortened to 45 minutes webinar-style experience if time is a factor.

Liz's Win the Morning experience was practical, inspirational and filled with storytelling. She was a relaxed and energetic speaker and shared some practical tips on how to start the BEST morning routine. I loved hearing her stories of how she became an Olympian and the science behind the steps to her morning routine. I joined with several of my team members from Airbnb and it was a great team bonding experience. I highly recommend it.

Wow ! That was a real inspiration with lots of effective tips and information ! Liz is such a positive, warm and engaging person and I enjoyed the whole, interactive experience so much.
