Noosa Beach Yoga is hosted by two qualified 200-hour YTT trained yoga teachers. Claudia has been teaching classes at the beach for the last year. She has trained in Sydney (yoga therapy), India (pranayama), and pregnancy yoga. Christabel has been teaching foundation classes by the beach from 2013, when she received her qualification from Begin Yoga in Maroochydore, Queensland, she is passionate…

Au programme

We'll start with a gentle and relaxing one-hour vinyasa flow yoga class, surrounded by nature and the sound of the ocean. Then you have the opportunity to create your own healthy vegan treat to enjoy after class. We will provide you with the recipe which you can take home with you.

Autres informations utiles

Wear comfortable clothing for the yoga class and bring a bottle of water. You might also like to bring a towel and swimwear for a dip in the ocean after class.
