Au programme

Spend an hour in a working Artisan Bakery mixing sourdough. Feed the starter, soak the seed, fold the dough. The process from star to finish takes 24 hours. You will help to make the bread to be baked the next day. Learn the essential steps of sourdough in this unique opportunity: hands-on working in a micro bakery.

Autres informations utiles

You'll be preparing bread in a working bakery, please wear comfortable shoes and clothes. I provide aprons but you'll have your hands in plenty of flour and dough; practical clothing suits this work.
