I've practiced yoga for over 20 years in Oxford, Greece and Turkey and facilitated family yoga for many years. I have competed in duathlons, triathlons and 10k events, and am currently training for a 10k wild swim. I love to run, do yoga and wild swim. I also love Oxford. I'd like to share all of this with you!
