We will make handmade fresh pasta and all the other dishes from scratch in a warm and professional real kitchen.
It's not a demonstration, it's a real hands-on class of 3 or more hours where you will make and understand all the steps, guided by my 15-years experience in teaching.
Handmade pasta is made using only the rolling pin (never talk with me about machines!) and it is a real art, maybe not immediate but challenging and you will be really proud of your work.
At the end of the class you will have learned all the tricks of the local chefs so, when back home, you can astonish your friends with your amazing cooking.
You can choose all the dishes we will make so PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE BOOKING in order to decide together what we are going to prepare.
We can make tagliatelle with ragù (bolognese sauce, that has to cook slowly for hours...), tortellini, tortelloni with ricotta, ravioli, lasagne, starters, second courses and desserts.
For a single guest it will not be possible to make 2 kinds of pasta due to technical times.
After our 3 hours class we will have lunch together!
