Au programme

We'll meet at our specific location and we will introduce ourselves. Then, we will stretch and warm-up in order to be ready for our run! The first 10 minutes of the run will be our warm-up. During those minutes, I will show you breathing techniques to be more efficient during the actual run. I would recommend you actually take an hour after the run to let your body recover and rehydrate itself. Otherwise, I suggest you take about 2 hours off your schedule for the experience!
