Au programme

I'll meet you outside Baltimore's historic Cross Street Market. We will do quick introductions and then be on our 5.5-mile run - in which I will take you down and around the harbor and out to Fort McHenry - which gained its fame during the War of 1812. We will then wind our way back through Locust Point and Federal Hill neighborhoods. Come hydrated and ready for a nice 5.5-mile run around…

This experience is for active visitors to the city (or new to the area) who WANT to run 5.5-miles around Baltimore. The terrain is mostly flat. We can run between 8.5-12-minute miles.
