Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advance. We cater & adapt all exercises according to your fitness levels. We have years of experience dealing with different fitness abilities within group training and hikes. The workouts are timed so do as much as you can in the time given. Normally 30-45 seconds. There will be rest time in between, warm up exercises and cool down stretch session. …

Snacks for before the Hike. We recommend a 1-2 pieces or fruit & handful of nuts (or something similar). Make sure you have a substantial & filling breakfast at least 30minutes before our meeting time.
