Hello! I will be very happy to share with you my 2 passions: YOGA and HEALTHY FOOD. I studied yoga in an Ashram in India and I have been practicing for 5 years. I realised that a good yoga practice needs to be supported by healthy food. So I studied Macrobiotic in France and in Italy and I have been practicing it a lot at home.

Au programme

We are going to share an healthy and relaxing morning nourishing our body and mind in an amazing peaceful location immerged in the Nature, inside the garden of the ancient Villa La Cartiera in Pontremoli. We will do 1 yoga session of 1h15; a short break of 15-20 minuts to relax in the beatiful Garden and then we are going to prepare together a healthy vegan brunch with natural products. :) We will…
