Featuring: Yuriko Iga In the Intro to Screen print, students will learn to burn their design onto a screen using photo emulsion and print onto shirts using water based inks. This workshop has been taught by Yuriko Iga, every Wednesday for the past 10 years and has been designed to be the easiest way to print at home. Includes your first 8×10 screen burn, test prints, and membership to open studio. A worthwhile investment.
BLIM is an independent, family-run art and craft facility now conveniently located in the heart of Vancouver’s Historic Chinatown. Our aim is to help build community through the spirit of fun and creativity, making the arts and crafts accessible to a wide range of skill sets. We will conduct our workshop in Blim Studio at the back of our Blim shop, Blim shop is an eclectic shop of Harajuku style and independent artists original work. Many of the items in the shop were made in the Blim Studio. It’s a special place to see, experience, and create.
