You'll meet the host in Green Park. Surrounded by the historic buildings of Central London, and the magnificent trees with countless untold stories, you'll spend the first quarter of an hour warming up with natural movement exercises, listening to inspiring tunes, getting your heart racing. The middle section of the workout will push you to your physical limits with an intense set of intervals…

We work out on and off the mat, please wear appropriate shoes, and clothes you don't mind breaking a sweat in! Rain? You're still keen? We can take the workout into a sheltered part of the park!
