I have a martial arts 2nd dan understanding of martical arts, a level 1 UKKA kettlebell instructor certificate which included a certain amount of Indian club use. I have 12 years experience – learning from Mike Simpson in the UK and from others in India. I teach a weekly class of kettlebells and Indian clubs with full insurance cover in my home town.

After a quick intro to the history of Indian clubs, you’ll jump right into the art of Indian club swinging. Be prepared to be active, sweat, and definitely challenge your coordination and balance. Free tensions stuck in the shoulder and neck and discover variations to challenge strength and core stability. If you are recovering from a shoulder injury, please get approval from GP that you are OK to practise with care. Club swinging is great for benefitting the shoulders and entire arm and grip when fit.
