Imagine taking in the beauty of the Rocky Mountains while floating on the biggest reservoir near Denver! From deer to bald eagles you never know what you will see right from your board! We will start with a quick Introduction to SUP on Cherry Creeks sandy beach followed with a basic SUP Instruction focusing on safety with tips and tricks to help you become a confident and successful stand up paddle boarder! After instruction, we do a warm-up paddle then it's clients choice. We can continue to paddle or add in a little Fitness. I can customize workouts to clients needs. You can stay as dry or get as wet as you would like! We end with a paddle back to shore with some refreshing water and snacks. All equipment is provided.
