I have been fond of cooking ever since, as a child, I helped my grandmother prepare her wonderful cakes. As I grew up and started travelling. I tried to get to know the speciality dishes of every country I visited, buying cookbooks and exchanging recipes with the local people. Au programme

We'll talk about the ingredients, their history and their importance in this area: maybe you don't know but Parma is a UNESCO City of Gastronomy! We'll prepare home made pasta! We can cook together tagliatelle al ragù (noodles with bolognese sauce) or tortelli d'erbetta (pasta filled with ricotta, parmigiano and spinaches) . From April to September cooking classes can also take place in the country house (XVII century stone house) on the first hills of Parma (minimum 2 persons)
