My name is Reto and I'm a certified Pilates and Fitness Trainer. As I do also hiking tours I know Mykonos very well and can bring you to a hidden spot on the rocks, where you can enjoy a professional BOOTCAMP Training session in the beautiful nature, overlooking the blue aegean sea!

Au programme

We will drive together to a spot far away from the touristic area, where we find many opportunities for an intense workout. The location is breathtaking and you will enjoy an unforgettable training experience in a very special surrounding. The training is a mix of Pilates, Functional Training, Yoga and some cardio elements.

Autres informations utiles

The workout time is 1 hour. The whole experience including transfers to the training spot is approx. 2 hours. The group is max. 4 pax, so the training will be very individualized and personal!
