We will meet in the heart of Munich and explore the more eclectic and authentic Christkindl and Weihnachts markets Munich has to offer. We will learn Munich's history while exploring the origins of the markets as well as important Christmas traditions. We will sample traditional homemade Christmas biscuits made with Oma's reciepes, try a firey feuerzangenbowle and watch Munich's famous Christmas carols performance.

Munich has it all, from rich history and tradition with May Poles and Lederhosen to football and some of Europes' best Party scene. I have been working as a tour guide in the city of Munich with my own tour company for the past 8 years, all I want is that you fall in love with my beautiful city like I did 9 years ago. Get ready to hear the funny, the strange and the sometimes sad history of Munich!

Le lieu
We will be exploring Munich's myriad of Christmas Markets and Bazaars. Starting on Marienplatz we will visit the oldest Christmas market in Munich. Although the Christkindlmarkt on Marienplatz may not be the best the carolers aren't to be missed. After we will head to my favourite Market the medieval market where will learn about Glühwein and feuerzangenbowle. Our final stop will be Tollwood winter festival.
