Meet at the North Fuller entrance for a quick orientation, warm-up and stretch in the grassy area to properly prepare us for our workout. We will then take a light, scenic jog through until we reach the first hill. Once arrived, we will pause for some bodyweight exercises to round out the workout and prepare our legs for the climb. If there are different fitness levels, we will take two groups for the hike to the top. (Don’t worry about getting too exhausted, we’ll stop for plenty of water breaks throughout our workout. ) Once we reach the top, we will stop for photos with a professional camera. (All photos sent through email by end of day). Finally, our cool down period. We will start off with a light jog down the paved trail then walk the remaining way while enjoying scenic views and delicious snacks.

Runyon Canyon Trail is a 2.4 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located near West Hollywood, California that offers scenic views and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, trail running, and nature trips and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail.
