Au programme

Our 2-3 hr. experience begins with a gorgeous half mile warm up trail around Wonderland Lake. We pause by the lake for mindful running instruction and a guided stretching routine, called Shamatha Yoga, that prepares your mind and body for a mindful run. We then run trails in the hills above Boulder with views of the city and flatirons, ending on the Boulder Creek path. The route highlights…
