We're co-founders of Cook in Lanzarote, an eco-friendly and hands-on cookery school in Lanzarote. We're both passionate about food, travel, local gastronomies and the amazing island we fell in love with a few years ago : Lanzarote. You'll start by having a welcome tea in our Manrique style reception area while Antonio explains what you'll be cooking on that day. Then, you'll be handed your apron and head to our kitchen to start preparing the sangria you'll be drinking during the experience. Then you'll make your very own paella rice on your cooking station.
