The cooking experience will be located in the city centre, 2 minutes far from piazza Erbe by walk.
Firstly I'll give you a glass of a good local wine, during this time I will show you how to make a really tasty "antipasto" with pumpkin and herbs.
Then we will prepare one of the most traditional dish of the mantuan cuisine called "tortelli di zucca", starting from the homemade fresh pasta, and breathing the real atmosphere of the Italian home cooking.
After all we will sit togheter at the table, open a bottle of Valpolicella vine, and enjoy our plate of ravioli, seasoned in two different ways.

The experience will be really funny and suitable for everyone, all the equipment is provided by me and I'll give you all the recipes.
I will also give you some tips about how to choose a good wine, how to taste it and how to combine it with food.
