I'm a native New Yorker and live on the Upper West Side and have been running these trails for the last 6 years. I’m a former competitive cyclist and found a new passion in running and I've discovered an amazing hidden network of trails through Central Park that I can escape to for a break away from the hectic city streets.

Au programme

Escape the pavement and hit the trails of historic Central Park. We will meet at Tavern on the Green and head out for about a 6 mile run at a conversational pace. We will tour the hard-to-find trails of the North Woods, Rambles, Conservatory Garden, Belvedere Castle, and the famous Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir running loop.
