Depending on whether you're an individual or a couple; looking to de-stress or just to have experience something new, we have various activities to dive into. The mindfulness course is ideal for those with anxiety and depression who are looking for a new routine, to breathe out, take a moment for themselves (or as advised by your physician). For couples, it is a few hours of creative discovery. Whether you're supporting your artsy significant other or would like to ignite your own creative side, I have the perfect stress-free activities that will leave you with beautiful creations you can display at home.
I'm a published artist and art teacher. I've enabled adults to start a mindful and wellness-centered art passion. Some of my students have gone to do exhibits, full-time art and have published their own works. I've also specialized in children's art lessons but from experience, couples, adults and young workers benefit a lot from Art Therapy. Let me introduce art without the pressures, expectations, rejections. I can promise you will create beautiful things - the mindful, relaxing and therapeutic way.

All materials for painting to be used will be provided.
Mindful Art and Art Therapy courses are held at our art shop and cafe. Should you wish for a private session, we will hold it in the mornings where the place will exclusively be ours.
