Namaste! Jump into a world of peace and calm through this experience. Together we will embark on a 1-hour journey of mindfulness. I will walk you through breathing exercises (pranayama) and into a guided meditation in my home. After our meditation is complete, we will enjoy a traditional yogi tea together.
