We will start simple with sitting down, making ourselves comfortable. I will ask about any issues have with your body, so that I know what you can do and what you can't do. The class starts with chanting Om, Then some simple stretches, involving every part of the body. Mornings are the best time for yoga, though if you want more relaxation, evening is better. Come on a near empty stomach...you should have your last meal 3 or 4 hours before the class.

I have extra yoga mats, but you can bring your own, if you have one.
