Stand up paddle yoga is appropriate for beginner to intermediate yogis and paddlers. We can customize the lesson according to your ability. Wear comfortable swimwear clothing.

Wear what you feel comfortable wearing in the water. Yoga or exercise pants and tops are recommended. Water shoes may be a hinderance, but would be recommended for folks with sensitive feet.
