Au programme

We will meet at a tranquil, road-less-traveled trail where we will prepare to hike as a group. The hike will be easy to moderate in difficulty level and will offer frequent breaks to incorporate gentle, beginner-friendly standing yoga poses to support the mind and body. The hike will be energizing and soul-lifting with amazing views.

Autres informations utiles

The hike will take place at a minimum of 9,000 feet elevation in the high Rocky Mountains with an elevation gain of 300-400 feet during the hike. Good physical health is necessary.
