We will experience nature on a whole new level by baring our feet to the earth and allowing ourselves to slow waaayy down, taking in every sensation with full awareness. We will meet in the parking lot, I'll give a brief intro on barefooting, & we'll head down into the canyon at a leisurely pace. Leave pets home. Cameras & phones are welcome for photos, but we will be emphasizing connection with each other and our environment: please save social media and texting for after our walk.

I will have a first aid kit with me, and natural/organic wet wipes for participants to clean their feet post-walk if desired.
I will bring along a light, organic snack for participants, taking into account dietary sensitivities.
