1) Belgian Fries class: First, you are very welcome in the kitchen of the Brewery where we will make together fresh Belgian Fries with home made mayonnaise and original chocolate mousse made with the best Belgian chocolate.
2) Food pairing & tasting: We're going upstairs to the Brewery where we taste our self-made Belgian Fries, and we will start with the Belgian Beer tasting while enjoying the beautiful scene on the canals of Bruges.
3) Belgian Beer tasting: You will taste 6 different kind of (local made) Belgian beers and I provide some interesting background information about the beer and the foodpairing.
4) Made in heaven: We will end with our Original Belgian Chocolate Mousse and a surprise and you will all get the secrets of the recipe.

I’m Anna, a cooking chef working in a local Brewery and living in Bruges for almost 20 years; My passion for the gastronomy started already when I was a child; I was always hanging around my mom's kitchen, fascinated by the smells of all kind of different food.
In Bruges, I attended the well-known cooking school Spermalie and thus obtained my diploma cooking-chef. In addition, my cupboard is full of cookery-books and great friends who wanted to try out my new dishes did the rest.
I love culinary challenges and the fascinating Belgian cuisine and her beers are a top source of inspiration!
