Fascinating Double Or Twin Deluxe At Hwange National ParkThe park occupies 14,650 km2 of unspoilt African bush and is managed by a national parks service whose rangers are some of the best in the field. They know the park, its flora and fauna and its inhabitants intimately. The building, a favourite with visitors from all over the world, is on the border of the park in its own extensive grounds, effectively part of the park and only an hour's drive from the Victoria Falls. This lodge is an oasis of luxury in the heart of the African savannah. Surrounded by untouched wilderness, guests have access to all the modern amenities required to make their stay truly comfortable. The building has two restaurants, one of which is located outside with views of the watering hole. The bar is the ideal place to wind down after a day long safari. The lodge also provides conferencing and banqueting facilities, a curio shop, safari guides, laundry service, room service and open secure parking. There are a total of 100 guest rooms on offer. The rooms are decorated in deep natural blues and browns with richly coloured carpeting. Each room has an en suite bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. All rooms have individually regulated air conditioning, an overhead fan and heating to ensure that guests can create the ideal atmosphere in their rooms. All rooms have wide windows that look out onto views of either the pool area and watering hole or the natural savannah bush where the occasional bull elephant can be seen lingering in the shade of the trees. Only selected rooms have televisions, in response to the express need of guests for a peaceful environment in which to get in touch with nature. A hairdryer, direct dial telephone and tea and coffee making facilities also feature in the rooms as standard.
