Nous ferons du paddle pendant 1 heure et demie dans le but d’assister au fantastique moment du lever de soleil. Au cours de notre croisière au coucher du soleil ou à la journée, vous participerez à une expérience de navigation unique. Vous profiterez de 2 heures de navigation, au départ et au retour du magnifique port olympique de Barcelone. Nous naviguerons sur 3 à 4 milles, puis nous remonterons pour naviguer contre la ligne d'horizon de Barcelone. Au cours de notre croisière, vous profiterez du cava catalan gratuit. Vous pouvez participer activement à l'événement de voile ou simplement être emporté en profitant de la croisière. Nous partons du Port Olimpic de Barcelone. Le point de rendez-vous est au Moll de la Marina 3. Une fois que nous quittons le port, nous mettons la grand voile et le génois et commençons à naviguer vers la bouée de novembre. After leaving the harbor, we'll sail for two hours . On board, our guests can participate in handling the boat, learn to sail or improve skills, hoist and trim the sails, and steer the boat. You can also feel free to relax and enjoy the sun and the sea, a huge space of fresh air and silence, and breathtaking views of the city. With the thermal wind blowing along the Spanish coast throughout the year, we'll sail towards the Mediterranean horizon, then tack or jibe and sail back, heading to the coast and to the skyline of Barcelona. Come and breathe and move together to start our day with the sun on our back, the wind in our hair and the sound of the ocean supporting us! 75 minute offering made up of a combination of sun salutations, asana, chanting, meditation, conscious movement & breath by the sea. After practice there will be the option to do breathing exercises together in the cold sea water aka jumping in the sea! And then you are welcome to enjoy a coffee and the best croissants in the world (!) at our wonderful local café a few hundred meters away in the park - a jewel in itself! Most of the people attending the experience live in BCN and are from all over the world! In this amazing day we´ll go for a quick but rewarding tour around Boquerías´s Market, followed by a warm an relaxed Paella lunch in a lovely apartment just 5 minutes walking away! I will show you where I buy all the fresh ingredients for the Paella, and we will walk through the fabulous market, my favorite place in Barcelona, so that you can see in detail how one of the most iconic markets in Europe lives. From there we will go to my house, where we will have appetizers, I´ll teach you how to prepare the Spanish "bread with tomato", we will make sangria together, and the delicious Catalan cream for dessert, while we wait for the Paella :). All this in a beautiful living room with balconies to the Ramblas, with soft drinks, beer and good wines, it´ll be a day that you will enjoy a lot! Other things to note Just dress comfortably and consider the weather since we´ll walk a few minutes (5) from the market to the apartment. Au cours de notre croisière au coucher du soleil ou à la journée, vous participerez à une expérience de navigation unique. Vous profiterez de 2 heures de navigation, au départ et au retour du magnifique port olympique de Barcelone. Nous naviguerons sur 3 à 4 milles, puis nous remonterons pour naviguer contre la ligne d'horizon de Barcelone. Au cours de notre croisière, vous profiterez du cava catalan gratuit. Vous pouvez participer activement à l'événement de voile ou simplement être emporté en profitant de la croisière. Nous partons du Port Olimpic de Barcelone. Le point de rendez-vous est au Moll de la Marina 3. Une fois que nous quittons le port, nous mettons la grand voile et le génois et commençons à naviguer vers la bouée de novembre. Là, nous louons et retournons en profitant de la vue. Au cours de notre événement, vous pourrez apprendre les procédures de base de la navigation, profiter d'une activité relaxante en plein air et profiter d'une vue excellente et unique sur Barcelone. S'il fait beau, vous pouvez également vous baigner dans la méd. Parfois, nous avons la chance de voir des dauphins ou des thons sauter hors de l'eau. Cette expérience est un excellent moyen de voir Barcelone sous un autre angle.
