I have lived in Amman for a year and a half and this was hands down the best meal I have had. Tas and her sister are also a joy to cook with and learn from. They put love into the food, that is clear -- and they inspire you to do the same. If you are interested in a good food experience while you are in Jordan, I would skip the restaurants and go straight to Tas’s place.

Tas cooked the most delicious meal I have eaten in Jordan! Fresh, colorful, varied and plenty. She's a wonderful host with a very positive presence. Make sure you get a chance to meet her.

This was one of the most rewarding experiences my wife had during our amazing trip to Jordan. Tas and her family made my wife feel completely at home and taught her really yummy recipes as well. In fact, my wife didn't stop raving about it! She would whole heartedly recommend Tas and this cooking experience to ANYONE visiting Jordan. Thanks Tas!
