Règlement intérieur
L'entrée dans les lieux se fait entre 15:00 et 21:00

It is important to keep in mind the following rules of conduct:

# It is very important to respect the noise level (of people, music) after 9pm at night.
# Parties are strictly not allowed.
# Do not make noise on the apartment balcony or terrace (please respect neighbors' rest).
# Meetings in the landings or in the building entrance / common areas are not permitted.

# Always close the door to the street. It is important to ensure after entering or leaving that the door remains securely closed.
# Do not open the door to commercial mail.
# Ensure you securely close the balcony door / windows every time you leave the apartment and during the night.

# Do not leave trash bags in the landings, in the entrance or any common area in the building. The trash should be left in closed plastic bags in the street bin containers near the apartment.

# Smoke in the apartment is not permitted. You can use the balconies or the terrace as smoking areas, and please dispose of the cigarette butts in a bin.

Lights and Air Conditioning
# Turn off the air-conditioning and lights if you leave the apartment and use responsibly only when needed, to help preserve the environment.

# The client is obliged to employ the apartment only for the purpose for which it is intended.
# Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents has to be reported immediately to ROOMSERVICE. The client shall be responsible for such damage. Any damage to the apartment shall be charged on the client's credit card.
# The client has a duty to behave in a civic manner and to respect the normal co-existence rules. In the case that these general co-existence rules are not kept, ROOMSERVICE has the right to demand that the guests vacate the apartment immediately.

Maid services
On the arrival day the apartment shall be cleaned with fresh towels and bed linen provided.

On the departure day the client shall leave the apartment in a reasonable condition with all rubbish taken out and kitchen-ware cleaned. On the contrary the damage deposit will be charged to the client.

Towels and linen
Fresh towels and linen will be provided on the arrival day. A hand towel and bath towel will be provided for each person staying in the apartment. The linen for cots is not provided.

Amenities included
Roomservice Spain shall offer the apartment with all the amenities described. In the case that on the arrival day some of the amenities are not provided ROOMSERVICE will amend this as soon as possible. If not, the client can ask for a compensation.

Damage deposit
A damage deposit will be required in cash or by credit card. The amount varies depending on the apartment. Information regarding the damage deposit is detailed in the conditions for each apartment. Any damage to the apartment caused by the client during the stay will be discounted from the damage cash deposit. If this amount does not cover the damage caused, the client will be obliged to pay the difference. The deposit will be refundable on the exit day in the case that there is no damage. In the case that no cash damage deposit has been taken on the arrival day, the credit card used for the reservation will be used to guarantee any damage caused.

ROOMSERVICE shall not be liable for any inconveniences which are out of its control. Roomservice cannot be held responsible for theft/damage to personal goods or accidents resulting in injury.

The location was really good close to Puerto banus. The apartment view is amazing..

The apartment was brilliant - exactly as described. Location-wise it's also great, as it's only a few minutes from La Sala and the walk into the port only takes 10-15 minutes. The only slight issue we had was that the power cut out a couple of times (we *think* it was the washing machine that did this) - but this wasn't a problem once we found where the fuse box was. We dealt with Frederik's colleague, Simon, whilst we were in Puerto Banús rather than Frederik himself. While he was generally helpful when present (he ordered us a taxi, for example) getting hold of him could be tricky - when the power first cut out, for instance, it took him over two hours to respond (in the meantime we got in touch with Frederik who responded quickly). The other issue we had was the late check-out fee of 50 euros. While it is completely fair to charge us to stay until 6pm we felt that this should have been mentioned in advance - the airbnb listing just says 'flexible check out' with no mention of a fee. In hindsight, we probably should have kicked up more of a fuss about this, as we were only told about it the day before we were due to go home, but we decided that it'd be easier just to lay and not ruin the last day of our holiday. All in all, this is a great apartment and I would definitely stay there again - I would just be sure to clarify things such as check-out time in advance.
