We've just finished renovating this place - a spacious studio on the third floor of a 16th century building in the middle of Tallinn's Old Town. Sauna street is famous in Tallinn for its weekend nightlife, but is very quiet during the day and all nights except Friday and Saturday.

Description

We've just finished renovating this place - a spacious studio on the third floor of a 16th century building in the middle of Tallinn's Old Town. Sauna street is famous in Tallinn for its weekend nightlife, but is very quiet during the day and all nights except Friday and Saturday.

The studio is pretty spacious, but ceilings are just over 2 meters (some areas are a bit higher, but some are very close to 2 meters), so if you're a pro basketballer, please look at our other listings...
There's a kitchen area with a dishwasher, refridgerator and cooking top, as well as a bathroom with a shower. There's a large shelf to store your stuff, cable TV and Wifi.

We have 6 apartments in this building, which makes it perfect for a large group of guests. There are three 2-bedroom apartments and 3 attic studios of slightly different size - this Hip Attic w/Fireplace M (medium) is bigger than Blacksmith's Attic, but a bit smaller than Hip Attic w/ Fireplace L (large).

I'm currently travelling almost all the time, so our helper Katya will most probably be answering your emails and meeting you.

Sauna street is an old district in the center of Tallinn's Old Town. It got it's name from being an area of public saunas until the 16th century, when in got turned into a residential area for rich merchants. Our house still has an antique pulley system under its roof - you can see it from the street right above the entrance.

This is a pedestrian only street, but you can drive on it between 6 and 10 am.
Closest parking is either on Aia street, or near Vabaduse valjak - each one of the two areas has a few parking lots around it.

Please note that there's a nightclub right across the street, which is open only on Friday and Saturday night, so the street can get noisy. We've installed double windows with sound insulated glass, but some noise can still be heard every now and then.
