Le logement

Our two bedroom, two bathroom accommodation contains two spacious bedrooms with two bathrooms that sit amongst the lower- level apartments.

The Panorama Terrace complex is a 15 minute walk or five minute drive to the heart of Queenstown with panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range. The apartment has been thoughtfully crafted with a comfortable but relaxed feel and modern finishes and sits in a quiet, well maintained complex. We encourage you and your guests to enjoy the cosy furniture and balconies to soak in the view during your stay!

Our apartment is authentically detailed to reflect the South Island’s charm. The kitchen is stocked with modern appliances, a homely lounge with flat screen, Sky TV, washing machine and dryer and a balcony to take in the fresh mountain air. The complex is newly constructed, with an attached garage so that skis, snowboards, mountain bikes or other toys are secure and internal stairs lead up to your apartment.

Panorama’s Kitchen is equipped with the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay. You will be able to enjoy our complimentary coffee & teas, fully stocked prior to arrival.

We prep the apartment before you arrive leaving it with clean, crisp linens and towels. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges you will incur for this request.

We want to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy some of the comforts of home. Please feel comfortable using everything in the apartment.

To gain access to your apartment you will require access codes. These will be emailed and sent by SMS TEXT to you on the day of your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to ensure we have your correct email and SMS TEXT details. With ideal views and close proximity to town, you will be able to come and go as you please.

Le quartier

Walk down to the Frankton track lake trail in the morning with a cup of complimentary tea or coffee or try out Sherwood at 554 Frankton Road, where you can access local health conscious family style dining, live music, yoga and massages.

The local ski slopes, Coronet Peak and The Remarkables, are within a 45 minute drive from the apartment and multiple walking trails can be found just outside the door, linking up with bike tracks and horse trails that run throughout Queenstown.

Transports

The apartment is conveniently located right above Queenstown (15 minute walk/ 2 minute drive to the town centre) and a 10 minute drive from Queenstown Airport.

We invite you, your family, friends and/or small group to stay at one of our non-serviced apartments for a couple of nights or longer for your relaxing and stylish stay in Queenstown.

Please note, there is a lot of construction work happening around Queenstown at the moment including a development in one corner of our site. The hours of work are controlled through the resource consent to try and minimize interruption to our guests stays.

An incredible view. A wonderful place to just relax and sit on the balcony enjoying the scenery. The beds were so comfortable and it was so nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Would highly recommend. It was a great place to spend 5 days and end our vacation.

The place was lovely, with nice amenities and a stunning lake view. It was about a 20-minute walk to downtown. My only complaint is that it was not cleaned when we arrived for check-in. In fact, the cleaners did not arrive to clean it until 30 minutes after check-in, and they finished cleaning approximately an hour after our scheduled check-in time. That aside, we enjoyed our stay at the apartment and found it to be very comfortable.
