Villa Viktorija is a traditional Dalmatian stone town house more than 150 years old. It has recently been refurbished ,with the traditional look and feel kept untouched yet with all modern conveniences.
The villa offers comfort in the center of Milna where guests can enjoy the peaceful life of this fishing village during the quieter summer months yet the vibrancy of this marina village in the high season months of July and August.
The villa accommodates up to 14 persons in 4 separate apartments which are connected by internal stairs. You enter the villa from a pedestrian alleyway one row back from the harbour road. You enter into the garden and from here into the ground floor which comprises an open plan living dining kitchen room, 1 twin bedroom (which can become double when beds are connected and 1 shower room.
From here you go up internal stairs to the first floor where there are 2 separate apartments. One is a studio apartment with bedroom, kitchenette and shower room. The second apartment has a double bedroom, a shower room and a large living dining area with kitchen. This opens onto a balcony with a lovely view of the marina and the old part of the village.
Up a further set of internal stairs is the attic where you will find a duplex apartment in the eaves of the rustic wooden beamed attic. On the lower floor of this duplex attic is a spacious open plan living, dining kitchen room and a master double bedroom with bathroom. In the upper floor of the attic there is another shower room and 2 single bedrooms equipped with queen size beds. The many windows and 1 small balcony make this apartment very comfortable and bright - ideal for a family gathering after long day on the beach.
In the evenings you will enjoy the privacy of dining in the garden terrace surrounded by romantic pillars and Mediterranean plants. Grilling fresh fish and meats over wood on the traditional stone grill will add authentic charm to your holiday.
There is also balcony on the first floor where you can enjoy the sea view as you breakfast in the morning sun.

To reach Brac you need to take the 50 min car ferry from Split to Supetar where you will check in at the property manager's office which is 200 m from the ferry port. In Supetar you can take a taxi or bus to get to Milna.
There is also a catamaran line that goes from Split directly to Milna. It goes once a day and takes approximately 25 min.

The local property manager will email you directions to their office where you will be supplied with photo directions how the get to the apartment. The property manager will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after.

The villa is within walking distance of the pretty town centre with its restaurants and cafes and bars and is 1 mile from the nearest beach.
Come in the high season of July and August and you’ll find Milna vibrant with life with holidaymakers from all over Europe, especially from the yachting community as there are 2 stylish marinas in the town. The biggest and most secure harbour of Brac attracts sailors from all parts of Adriatic Sea and Mediterranean. Taste traditional cuisine and sample the friendly bars and cafes of the village. For a quiet holiday come in April-June or September/October and enjoy this 16th Century fishing town with its Venetian - Dalmatian architecture and slow pace of life. A daily passenger service catamaran runs to Split to permit sightseeing and shopping in the alleyways and squares of the delightful 1700 year old Diocleceans Palace.

Island Brač is 7 nautical miles away from Split. It is connected with frequent 'Jadrolinija' ferry lines between Split and Supetar. The ferry goes every hour from Split to Supetar, and it is a 50 min ride.
In Supetar you can take a taxi or bus to get to Milna.
There is also a catamaran line that goes from Split directly to Milna. It goes once a day and takes approximately 25 min.

Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival 1 Euro per person per day tourist tax. Late arrival and Sunday check in fees apply. You will also need to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit on arrival for the key. You will get this back when you return the key on departure
