Located in the heart of Boston's prestigious Back Bay, this is a lovely architecturally renovated historic Victorian brownstone building. You will have all of the modern conveniences of home, in this unique historic setting, and you will be just minutes away from all the sites in Boston. The building is next to the Boston Common and Boston Public Garden. It is also diagonal from the famous "Cheers" of TV fame. It's minutes to the beginning of the freedom trail and Boston's famous Newbury Street.

The Back Bay Brownstone is newly renovated and located in one of Boston's most prestigious and historical neighborhoods. Just steps away guests can enjoy sailboats and summer concerts along the Charles River, or relax in the Boston Public Garden.

There is a two night minimum stay policy for this apartment. The minimum number of nights is subject to change, based on the dates you request.

The bedrooms each have a queen bed. There is a full bathroom. All linens and towels are provided. It has air conditioning.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room and dining area. The living room has a standard sofa that sleeps one person, and a queen sized aero-bed is available for an additional $25. per night. The apartment has flat screen cable TV and wireless internet connection. There is a telephone, with all local calls free of charge.

Guests will be able to access both the building and their suite at anytime between check in time (3 pm), and check out time (11 am).

113 Beacon Street is an architecturally renovated Victorian brownstone in the historic Back Bay district in the heart of Boston.

Located a few steps from the Boston Public Garden, diagonally across from the famous Cheers. You will be within walking distance of the Freedom Trail, Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market, the Charles River Esplanade and the waterfront.

You are also just a few blocks from our famous Newbury Street with its unique shops, boutiques, restaurants and galleries. Copley Square is a pleasant walk from the apartment. There are grocery stores and bakeries on nearby Charles Street. There is also a Whole Foods Market on Cambridge Street (about a 20 minute walk), where you can arrange to have your groceries delivered.

The apartment has modern amenities, yet the architect has taken care to preserve many of the features of the original Victorian construction.

This is an elevator building.

A washer/dryer is available on the first floor of the building, free of charge, for your use

While you are within walking distance of many Boston attractions, the subway is just 4 short blocks away. The closest T stops to the Back Bay Brownstone are Charles/MGH which is on the red line and Arlington which is on the green line. No car is needed and we strongly recommend that you do not rent a car, however, there is a parking garage near by under the Boston Common.

We expect our guests to behave in a respectful manner and try to limit loud sounds and noises (such as music and/or shouting) in the evening.
All animals must be well mannered and guests are expected alert us to any animals they may have with them, so that we can clean properly after departure. This apartment is non-smoking.

The unit is in a great location close to Boston Common. It was very clean and a nice size for the 5 of us ladies traveling for the marathon. We were in a front unit and Beacon street is very loud. There's also a college nearby and there were some noise issues including loud music and people out yelling late at night. The location is amazing and close to everything- we used Uber to get to other parts of the city. The apartment has all of the basics for the kitchen as far as utensils, cups glasses etc.

Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay here and sung its praises to friends. The location was perfect for everything we needed to do. This is such a family and dog-friendly neighborhood, one block from both the riverfront and Commons. Be aware that this apartment is 5 floors up with a functional but very small (with heavy doors) old elevator. It worked for us, but wouldn't be suited for all families. We would love to come back next time we're in Boston!

This apartment is very cosy and comfortable and furnished elegantly. It is in a very good location on Beacon Street and easy walking to restaurants. There is lift in the building, handy to take to the 4th floor. I would definitely stay here again.

The building has a lot of old charm, but it is beautiful and well kept. The place itself was very clean, with a beautiful mix of old detail and modern touch. I would not mind living here... In addition, the location is superb, close to everything!

Perfect location. The apartment was in a Brownstone around the Corner from Boston Common and 'Cheers'. Easy walk to shops and Charles River. However it was a little tight for 2 adults and 3 children. Communication was easy with the host.
